I honestly don't think the show know who the gloved hand is. It seems like a typical, ill-conceived Reilly gimmick with no particular rhyme or reason. It would not surprise me if Hogan or Beth drop the storyline altogether.

Me neither. I don't think Hogan or Beth will drop the story, because it's so being talked about on the web & now in the industry. I'm hoping that Hogie gets to put the pieces into place though. Having watched his writing style on ATWT, this is a ball he could totally run with from the get-go.

I just hope they don't have the chance to make it solely Stefano first. Anytime they've written themselves into a corner since Reilly's first stint, Stefano's been the cop-out. It would be a mistake to do that here. The Lexie reveal especially wouldn't make much sense. Then again, neither did Stefano (himself!) murdering Curtis Reed, but that's a whole other mess.
