Well it seems like most things are back to the way they were before the Darla SL. Although I guess there is still something going on between Thorne and Taylor. I'm not a fan of the Bridget/Dante/Felicia SL. It seems like it's moving so slowly, I guess that's just because of the way they're having Bridget act. Anyway, I like nuDonna so far. I was just neutral on JG on Y&R. Hopefully she will stir some things up (although I'm not hoping for a Brooke/Ridge reunion, which she seems to want). Maybe she will go after Ridge and then Stephanie will have a new Logan to hate.

I'm not quite sure what I think of Jennifer Garies' Donna.

She plays a great !@#$%^&*]/slut, but she's cringeworthy as a model. LOL! Anyway, she might make the Brooke/Ridge/Nick mess a tad bit interesting.

I don't care about the Bridget/Dante/Felicia story either.

And just as I figured, Sally would continued to be ignored throughout the Darla story.

I think Felicia should move to Genoa City and stir up some fun...she could fit in very well at Fenmore/Abbott. They could pair her with a lot of the single (and not so) single men in GC...Jack, Paul, Brad, Neil or maybe do a younger man / older woman...picture Phyllis attacking her for seducing Daniel? I think a character/actress as rich as Lesli Kay/Felicia Forrester could do some good on Y&R.

I somehow like the twen tales, mostly because of Ashley Jones and Lesli Kay though. Don't get why Sally isn't seen more or the whole Darla story is just ONE of several stories although it is pure dynamite and rocking. Now THAT's frontburner-worthy material...

That would be a good idea. No one from B&B has went to Y&R and stayed for a while. Eric Forrester came to Lauren and Michael's wedding, but besides him, I can't think of anyone else. Lauren and Shelia were both on B&B for a while.

I said this in another thread, but I have no investment in the Darla story because we haven't seen Thorne and Darla on the show in ages. All we could have asked for was AT LEAST three months preparation for this story(the same way they were prepared to kill off Felicia before Lesli Kay won over viewers). I think that would have bred more emotional impact to this story.

And TEAM FEFE! Even though I hate her being a manchaser, I like how they are making her evil and manipulative like Stephanie. And I have absolutely detested Bridget since Ashley Jones's portrayal. Thursday's exchange was fun:

Not sure how I feel about Donna, but Jennifer Gareis has good chemistry with everyone on the show. I just have a hard time buying her as Brooke's sister. Not to mention I hear that Donna was in a love triangle with a model named Rocco and her sister, Katie. Wouldn't Donna have more experience with the industry besides what she hears from her sister? I wasn't watching the show, but I assumed she would have more knowledge of fashion and modeling than THAT. I thought the whole thing was hokey.

The show is just kind of blah lately. Donna kissing Ridge at the end of Friday's show wasn't shocking, but it just makes me wonder what direction this story will be heading in.

Loved Susan Flannery/MacKenzie Mausy's scenes with each other as Stephanie and Phoebe. It seems like most actors Flannery touch and mentor end up doing much better in their scenes. Mausy's not BAD as Phoebe, but she's not phenomenal either. I think we will have to see Phoebe in a story of her own before we can fully judge her acting ability. But the actress has alot of potential. I still wish they would have casted Robyn Richards for this part. Oh well.

And speaking of Phoebe, I would have never guessed SHE would be the one to stand up for her mother like this. Ever since I can remember, Phoebe has always been an afterthought to the much more thought about Steffy. Not to mention, Phoebe had a bad streak by blackmailing Gabriela last summer. I wonder who the bad twin will be(because there is always one on soaps).

Brooke was on Y&R and both Jack and Victor crossed over for a tie in between Newman and Brooke's Bedroom. That went no where but KKL had chemistry with both men. I really wish they'd move the Brooke character over to Y&R. It would be good to see her away from the Forrester's and Moron's but then what would B&B do without Brooke? Would Hunter finally get to be the star of B&B?

Now THAT is really irritating. Even though I wasn't watching back then, I remember reading that she was involved with the industry...like MANY of the B&B characters were back then.

I was stunned when they had Brooke commenting on Donna's lack of experience as a model and her non-model-like derrière. I was like, huh? Donna's entire career was modeling! And it's clear that Jennifer Gareis is even skinnier than KKL, so what's all that about? I sorta wish KKL and Ronn Moss would have spoken up and mentioned something -- they were both on the show when Original Donna (played by Carrie Mitchum) was involved in SLs.
