I appreciate all your outreach attempts, really I do. But for me, I can only accept blondes for that name. Granted, it doesn't mean I'll discriminate or turn my nose up on someone any of you know, or anyone I may soon meet with that name, of a different hair color, but personally, I just hold this belief. Please respect that.

Call her 'Theresita' if you want, but don't call her Tess, and for different reasons,too. As in, um, it's not even a SHORT way to say her name. It's [!@#$%^&*] disrespectful. Jared sucks!!!

I'm actually going to throw my hat into the I HATE JARED ring too. It's was refreshing for about two minutes, but it has already grown old. The actor annoys the absolute [!@#$%^&*] out of me. I hate the way his mouth and dimples move when he talks and I hate his slanty eyes. Re-cast please! He sucks. Not to mention, if he is Alistair, then this show has not made any improvements.

Oh, and if people think Siren is the highlight of that story, then that just goes to show you how bad the story is because she sucks.

I loved Jared today. I think the Tess thing is cute. I doubt he is Al but who knows. That Al rumor started going around before John Reilly was let go. I do like Jared though. Yesterday he was too much but today he fit for me. I like the actor and I like how he treats Theresa.

Siren, Tabitha, and Endora are saving this story. I actually liked nuFox today though for once. The acting isn't the problem but this stupid memory twist sucks and the triangle is so forced. Miguel came back so out of character it is disgusting. If they gave us more conversation and more development between Kay and Miguel it would work much better instead of this memory crap I have been love/hate with Siren but now I love her. The actress is great.

Passions is really doing well right now. I even saw signs of the old Julian today in scenes with Rebeccea. Loving it

I really like the new guy playing Fox. He makes me say "Hartley Who?" I know in my head that JH is a better actor, but I like this guy a lot more. Looking back on JH, I think I gave him way too much credit. I made him a little overrated. He was just a shark among minnows so he seemed better than he really was. I love this guy.

I also love the new Fox way more than Justin. ITA, Justin was really overrated. He didn't really shine until Fox was paired with Kay, but Heidi Mueller really carried that storyline anyways.

I did enjoy Whitney's manipulation of Fox, though. That made for a good story.

Actually, I think the writers just got that one wrong. Once again, say the name "Tess." Now think of a woman. She has blonde hair right? (And again, if you say "no," it's obvious you're just playing devil's advocate, blah blah blah...) But yeah, Hollywood can desensitize some people with their agenda pushing. And make no mistake, your "PC" example was a subtle, but clear example of said agenda pushing.

Ew, ew! I'm glad I watched neither film. Julia Roberts could NEVER pull off that name. Jamie Lee Curtis, on the other hand, hmm...but only when she's blonde. Otherwise, she should be named Irma or Edwina or something to connote her odd but toned form.

Ryan, come on now! I'm not being either! Would I stone to death a woman who had black hair but was named "Tess?" Hell no! That's a crime! Would I spread lies about her, slander or libel her? So with your logic the parents shouldnt name their child until they see their baby's hair color or shape of their body which hasnt even formed yet anyway. Your logic doesnt even make sense.
