Well the One Life to Live opening was finally updated today. We will likely see version two tomorrow.

in today's version we had...

Cristian, Antonio, Jessica, Nash, Claudia, Hugh, Michael/Marcie (group shot), Marcie (individual shot), John, Bo, Clint, Kevin, Kelly, David, Spencer, Blair, Starr, Todd and Viki.

That means that tomorrow's version should include Dorian, Vincent, Evangeline, Layla, Bruce, Paige, Asa, Nora, Rex, Adriana, Natalie and perhaps another shot of Michael...along with doubles of some of those from the first opening.

I actually hate the new opening. Nothing syncs well (at least before certain shots would flow with the beat of the music). I do like that Todd is near Viki and that Clint is near Bo. Other than that, It sucks. I don't like John, Antonio or Cristian possibly appearing in both openings.

Finally they updated! Why OLTL insists on having two openings escapes me. It is not needed especially, if i'm not mistaken, they have the smallest cast of the ABC line up.

They should just extend the opening a few seconds and cram everyone together ... it's so stupid having two openings.

Jerry verDorn has one of his shots taken away. David's shot was slowed down a little. I do like Claudia's two shots. I think it's kinda stupid to have that OLTL logo flashing throughout the opening. We know what show we're watching. Plus it messes up the flow. Ugh....

I wish they would give Tess her own shot.

I think the fact that it opens with Cris shows what a jerk Frank Valentini is. Honestly, I don't even watch this show anymore it makes me so angry. I should stop commentiing.

They don't even have to extend the sequence because there's so much space and flashes of bright light with the logo interspersing the pictures, the full cast can easily be featured.

Frons simply wants two openings to showcase his "stars".

Isn't the only new shot the addition of Claudia? To me it looks like they took chuncks of each opening and put them together in one.

Oh come on, I'd rather have Fumero open than de los Reyes (HAM!!). Remember when Antonio opened first (when he had his curly do). As soon as Fumero re-joined the show (the first time), he bumped Antoniass from the first spot. IMHO, as long as the openings close with Erika Slezak, I'm happy.

Now, if Natalie, John, Antoniass and Cristian were confined to ONE opening, I'd be happy. And it seems like Natalie will only be in one opening again.

To be honest, I don't think either Vega boy should open the show. They are hardly big crowd draws. The first and last person should be key characters on the soap -- I guess. LOL.

Anyway, Frankie just loves them Vega boys. He kept talking a year ago about how great it was that OLTL talked Fumero into returning. It's not like other shows and prime time were lined up around the block trying to get him.

That is exactly right, they screwed over Viki once again. Truth be told the only person would should be in both openings is Erika Slezak. No one else has been on as long or carried the show as long, sorry but not even Robin or RSW or PC hold that title, it is all Erika. And I hate that they destroyed any chance for Viki to have a love interest. They had better be casting Viki a new man while ES is on vacation.

Viki should get her a young stud. Someone like Hugh Hughes. That'd be hot, lol.

I think its better. The characters are appropriately placed with related characters and that really wasnt true for the last one.
