Dixie is despicable! She wants David to steal a baby for her. What the hell is wrong with her? She is determined to make Greg Madden pay bc he stole her baby and now she wants to steal someone elses? Where is the logic in this?

Dixie's pity party is getting on my nerves. And I HATE how David is being written to prop her up. Ugh!

I can't stand JR, but I liked how that did the Beauty and the Beast's Lumier (spelling?), since Jacob is playing that part on Broadway. He sounded really good.

Wow major self-promotion there today.

Okay I'm the last person to defend Lurky, but she's desperate, and wasn't thinking straight, and I can understand that somewhat, and I'm glad David set her straight.

Obviously there wasn't any logic and she did not really mean it. It was just to show that she is beyond desperate and guilt-ridden and grief-stricken. I thought the scenes were good and enjoyed today's show. However it did seem more like Halloween then the 4th of July. No fireworks but grisly dead hands coming out of flowerbed graves.

Agreed but then McT likes this theme. She had Michael rape Bianca on Independence Day or thereabout (think it was July 4 in PV and July 7this for the rape...there was talk of fireworks and red white and blue streamers up at SOS). Maybe McT'll make a note of her weirdness about USA's birthday with her analyst.

Darcy, I felt for Dixie some today, as well. And do recognize that her ridiculous request was out of absolute desperation. My feelings for her are tempered a wee bit by her resistance and rejection of her family thus far, though. I think that desperation for David to find another child is an indicator of her innoncence related to Madden, also. She had no knowledge of the coffin cave-in so if she knew she had Madden trapped and it was only a matter of time before he spilled Kate's whereabouts, she wouldn't have made such a request to David, imo.

Colby sparked a bit on initial impression. She's got the devil in her eyes, that girl. But she's reminding me of Babe and there are reasns that scares me.

Dixie is out of her mind with grief and despair. Cady had a great performence today and I felt sorry for Dixie. She's desperate for Tad to move on and be happy with a daughter. I loved how David talked her down.

Tad is too self righteous but Lurky deserves him.

This show is so dark and gloomy. I'm going to send them a light bulb from the $1 store and help out with the lighting.

I agree that Dixie was just beyond desperation and didn't really mean it when she asked David to steal a baby for her. She would have come to her senses eventually. Afterall, if she really wanted to pass another child off as Kate she wouldn't have to steal one. She could have adopted one in the last four years. That guy she was hooked up with in Euroupe was rich and had connections. What she really wants and needs is Kate. I'm almost starting to feel like David and Dixie make a good pair. Almost.

I'd MUCH rather have pompous, smart-ass David then Dixie-obsessed David. This is stupid.

Word. But MMT knows what's best afterall, and she knows we love seeing David like this. I hate seeing Vincent's talents wasted like this. :( David is always cut off from the rest of PV in the name of Dixie, and I hate it. Whether I want MMT around D&E or not, and I don't, David belongs on the Kane side of the canvas too. And I hate that he never gets to interact with them. Ahhhhhhhh. I want my David back.

Same here Rebecca, I hate David when he's like this :(

David was the only one she could have had that conversation with today. David, in his warped, obsessive way, understood Dixie.

I can't stand Dixie right now, but today wasn't one of the reasons why.

Wow today was awesome...I love the heartbreak between Dixie and Tad - you just know they love each other deep down. No matter how selfish Dixie can seem, anytime she breaks down on the bed at the end of an episode, I always feel sad for her.

Colby finds Madden! Creepy!!! Interesting and what a way to introduce Colby. The Josh scene playing basketball - wow.

I can't wait for this Madden murder mystery now...Just when I think I have someone pegged - the writers makes it seem like it could be someone else.

Great writing today.

Tomorrow is going to be amazing with Josh/Greg. I'm ready to see Colin SHINE.

David is not cut off fom the Kane/Montgomery/Slaters in the name of Dix, he's cut off in the names of Bianca and Miranda, deservedly so.
