Dang - overall not that great a week for soaps - except ATWT - nice to see them go up (minus that nasty 2.3 on Friday)! I'm loving that show :)

Days did improve, but their dailies aren't too great - nothing above a 2.5 :(

Ouch to GH - when was the last time they hit a 2.7? Nice to see AMC stay tied for #3.

Good that most went up in 18-49 though - that's the main demo the execs care about anyway right?

I knew Days would rebound. They just need to stand pat in the next few weeks until mid May when things start kicking and they will be fine.

Terrible week for most of the soaps though. Y&R got two 3.9's-I wonder if its the Soapnet effect?

As bad as Days is at 2.5 they are only .3 away from the 3rd slot-most of the soaps are so close even though the ABC soaps will likely explode in the coming weeks, especially OLTL and GH, with their stunst casting and sweeps stunts.

They weren't gonna get any higher KR. I knew it would be 2.5 this week and it will probably stay around that way for the next two weeks because as good as the show is nothing is happening that will draw great numbers. Jack's return, the Alex/Marlena stuff, and the end of the month will start pulling in the numbers. June will probably bring the huge numbers though.

The dailies could have been 2.56 (rounded up to 2.6) on Mon through Thursday and a a 2.46 on Friday. When the do the weekly total they would use the 2.56 and not the 2.6.

Great to see Days and ATWT both up.

I really hope someone is wrong about OLTL moving up in the next few weeks. But they are right. OLTL will be rewarded for higher ratings with the tornado, but seeing as the storyline focus is still going to be the main 7 and no one else (based on the spoilers), they should not be rewarded for it.
