June 26 was the 40th anniversary of Tricia Cast Y&R debut. I wonder if her return would have some flashbacks of Nina early storylines.

Perhaps she could come back with the news that Chance is still alive and Ronan isn't her son after all, lol?

Always nice to see Tricia. At one point I assumed she would never return so I wish her visits had something of worth.

I feel silly for not thinking of that but that’s definitely a good possibility….not that it’s to Griffiths credit but the show does do good with honoring anniversaries..

Tricia Cast and Lauralee Bell have periodically mentioned that they are friends in real life.
(I'm not an insider, just relaying what Tricia and Lauralee have said publicly on instagram.)

Tricia was living in Tennessee with her husband musician Bat McGrath. Usually, within at least the past several years or so, when Tricia was doing a guest arc on Y&R, she would stay at Lauralee's home. Tricia's husband passed away in 2019, and Tricia was continuing to live in Tennessee for a while. In November 2023 Tricia posted that she saw Scott Reeves in a music performance in Nashville.

On Feb. 5, 2026, Tricia posted a pic of herself with Lauralee at a restaurant somewhere with the caption: "Looking forward to many more of these days now that I’m once again a SoCal local!"

Oh really??? That's cool!!

Per Soap Opera Digest, scenes concerning Nina's return are set to air next week.

Nina is in the preview video for week of August 17th.

I don't think they were directly friends with each other, but they are both friends of Danny. I assume all three ladies will go visit Danny at the Shadow Room?

So they are 4-5 weeks ahead. How much more damage can Josh inflict before he departs?
