Way too young. R.I.P. to him.

Saw this in my email and had to run over here. He had a really good presence on screen.

RIP Patrick Muldoon. I remember him from Saved by the Bell and Melrose, and I knew that he was the original Austin on Days.

Good God in heaven, the man could rock a suit.

Way, way too young to go. A good reminder that none of us are promised tomorrow.

May his memory be a blessing.

Such terrible news to start the week off with. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.

He'll always be Richard Hart to me. He played that part so (sleazily) well.

As someone who is 53 and had my own heart failure scare a few years ago (needing a 12 hr surgery), this hits home. One never knows. Mine was a congenital condition, but you never know when your time is up. Always make your day the best that you can.

More sad news to start the week. I'm so sorry for Patrick's loved ones. He's being so fondly remembered, a mark of a good life.

I really liked him as Austin on DAYS and Richard (before he became a total sleaze) on MP.
