At least Hope calling out Stephanie, but those scenes were marred by Cosmo Kramer Mumbles, who was not needed. And why did he greet Deacon with a hug when they live/work together? That was weird.

I'm convinced they are making Deke bland and infantile so that nobody cares when he suddenly disappears from the canvas.

I feel badly for the actor -they likely promised him a hot groundbreaking storyline, blah, blah, blah and instead gets bad hair cuts, terrible clothes and relegated to taking at the trash. Why am I surprised?

I liked Hope standing up to Steffy. However, the irony was lost on Hope that by supporting Deacon & Taylor, Steffy would be inserted into the one compartment of her life (her relationship with her Dad) that is Steffy-free.

The actor playing Deke is fine, but I doubt he was promised anything other than steady work and a cheque when he signed on.
