Has there ever been a partner to his children/grandchildren that Victor has been fully supportive of?

Devon is calling his father in law and a man he has known for decades 'Mr. Newman'.

Jess popped on a silk blouse over her sweats and slippers and set up her phone in her study for Jill's appearance. She did get in the opening credits at least.

She also put her hair up in a “late 90s Jill chignon”

For the garbage scenes they give her, I would not want to fly into LA either.

For me, this show is such an abomination that I can’t even really talk about it anymore without feeling insane. The whole value of soaps is TIME… to see how stories affect people with different individual perspectives. There’s zero reason to get invested in any of these “incidents” that JG creates. It’s beyond bad. It’s lazy and incompetent.

same for me.  posting the "spoilers" and interviews about "storylines" has made me feel like I was losing brain cells.

It all seems so pointless. It’s not going to get better as long as JG is there, and obviously there’s a silent majority who are good with the show as is. The only hope is that JG burns out again and leaves. Even then, TPTB clearly haven’t cared about making a quality show in decades, and they are satisfied with playing the golden oldies like Victor’s reign of terror.

Victor said this week that he approved of Cole (saying this now that Cole is dead) . His family members listening to this were shocked, since Victor has never approved of anyone.   This is the first time ever.

Victor was a Sharon fan until she went crazy between Adam, Tucker, and burning the ranch down. Always bothered me that their friendship was tossed aside from pure schlock value.

Disappointed by Jill’s appearances this week. As good as it is to always see JW, of course JG’s current appalling writing has Jill be OOC when it comes this Cane crap.

Is there a bottom to this trash can?

Which is hilarious because Victor never disapproved of Cole when he was with Victoria the first time. He only tried to stop it when he thought Cole was still his son, but once that was proven to be false he stayed out of their relationship.

All I'm getting from these comments is that I'm watching JW's scenes later this weekend.
