Superficially I preferred Maurice’s baritone voice to Keith’s higher tone. This is def going to take some getting used to.

I do too but the test will come when he has scenes with Leslie as we should see a switch up

Very rarely a recast will be accepted on the first day.  You have to give the new performer a bit of time to get into the groove of the character and putting their own stamp on the character.. and the writers then adjusting their writing to play to an actor's strength.

Interesting that tone of voice can affect how a character is perceived, but it is one factor that can make someone be accepted as a recast.. or rejected as a recast.  For instance, my late mom despised Eden playing Bianca on AMC because of her Minnie Mouse voice.. and the moment the recast debuted, my mom said 'wow.. so nice to have a more commanding tone of voice now'.

"I think they'll find me with more credibility than a woman with 5 or 10 aliases and 2 dozen wigs"

HAHA, he ate with that one. BTW, they have chemistry. I need them to be an evil power couple

That Bill/Leslie scene ended too soon.

I agree, he has a younger presence. Wait until he has scenes with Martin.

I always felt the same way.

The Ted/Kat scenes. Really dude?  You saying that Nicole was needy during the miscarriages and you wanted to be with DanaLeslie because she was more lighthearted and less needy? Srsly?
Trash.

I mean, even if he changed after that and has been faithful since (if) ... still, it's *not* an excuse.

I remember when Andre was shooting that documentary, there was a snippet shown of Nicole where she mentioned three times that Ted hadn't been there for her.  She mentioned one of the times was when Martin was ill, and the miscarriages was the second thing.. but I don't recall what the third thing was.

Also, didn't Nicole/Ted say Kat was their 'miracle' baby?  We assumed it was because of the miscarriages/difficulties in having a second baby.. but what if Kat had a twin that 'didn't make it'?   And that twin could be Eva.
