Amanda Setton is beautiful.  She does NOT have a "snarl on her face"!?!??! What the Living frick?

It took us so long to get to this point, but Liz’s scenes today were actually worth it. This was the first time in a long time on GH that the payoff was actually worth the buildup.

I think maybe BH needs to get her reel ready 

I was not expecting them so soon. I'll watch. I also definitely was not expecting Alley Mills as Heather. I guess the rumors about Robin Mattson being ill may be true.

I wonder if they got permission to use the name Doctors Without Borders, because this is a terrible commercial for their recruitment.  I just read the website, they require a 9-12 month commitment but, because they can't place full families, they rarely take both parents at the same time.  So, the idea that couples are making the choice to either provide aid or leave their children in the care of predators seems unlikely.  While I doubt there is a substantial overlap of medical professionals looking to work abroad and GH fans, it seems irresponsible.

I like Denise but that's not who I would've chosen as Liz's mother. My dream would've been Colleen Zenk or even Kim Johnston Ulrich.

I can appreciate that TPTB went outside of the so-called "norm," but it also feels like a "Hey, this is Liz's mother but we're probably going to focus a bit more of her father beyond this moment!"

Colleen Zenk is a nice choice, however, I see her more in a Tracy Quartermaine-type role. And I am unfamiliar with the work of Kim Johnston Ulrich, but a quick Google search... I could see it.

I would have forgotten all about "Carolyn" whom we have never seen, and had gone with Susan Pratt as Dr Ann Logan (Webber).

I didn't know that. I thought it was because she had retired.
