Off the top of my head:

GH: Dillon and Georgie

DAYS: Rex and Mimi (before the abortion), Eric and Nicole

OLTL: Jared and Natalie (probably the best), Brody and Jessica, Fish and Kyle (probably the only gay couple on a soap that I've liked), Markko and Langston

GH: Sam and Lucky

If you asked this about any other decade I could have lists.  But it had really started to be a chore to watch these soaps since early 2000.

Here are the only ones I really enjoyed.

AMC- Leo and Greenlee

Anna and David

Jessie and Angie (the most the show had moved me in ages was that return storyline, and yes this is a cheat).

OLTL- Tea and Todd/Victor

Kyle and Fish

GH- Alexis and Ric

Dillon and Georgie

Lulu and Dante (mostly their early relationship)

Robin and Patrick

ATWT- Luke and Reid

Luke and Noah

Maddie and Casey

GL- Ben and Marina

Y&R- Lily and Daniel

Colleen and JT

Robin and Patrick for GH was the first I could think of and I didn't think they were that great, but they had chemistry and a pretty good build up to their romance.

Emily/Zander, Kate/Sonny, Lulu/Dante, and Maxie/Spinelli all started out really well, but became pretty crappy after good beginnings

I also thought Belle/Shawn and Chloe/Phillip were decent as teens in the early 2000's on Days

Leo/Greenlee on AMC

That's about all I could think of and that list isn't great

Patrick/Robin (the last romance GH did well, IMO!)

Zander/Emily (and a huge FU to Nik/Emily, glad they got blown to hell)

I liked Ric/Alexis (until the Summer of Sleaze, anyway [2006] then I was done with them)

And Jax/Alexis was never a real romance, but I loved them.

As pathetic as this looks, I think that's about it.

AMC- Greenlee and Leo, OLTL- Jared and Natalie, Markko and Langston, and GH- Georgie and Dillon, Zander and Emily

Greenlee and Leo were probably the last great couple any show managed to create, at least IMO, but the others were all really good in their own right.

I love Robin but I never liked Patrick and or her and Patrick as a couple and everything post her "dying" just ruined it.

Lol. I secretly loved Jason and Robin in the 90's. Those ads about the boy with no past and the girl with no future.  Loved it.  I was however grateful that an adult Robin was able to stay from a dangerous relationship that was done and move on with someone who was basically a good person.  It was one of the few times a gh leading lady returned to the canvas and moved on from her most prominent love interest with no looking back.
