I remember seeing an article after she left the show in the early 80's, they had this on again, off again type relationship where he brought her to Y&R events and talk of potential marriage. Then out of the blue he is married the Catherine Hickland (when she was on Capitol). Hickland has been married 4 times and is currently married to Todd Fisher (Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher's son and brother to Carrie). Donald May met and married Carla Borelli while they starred on Texas. They are still together. I always get a giggle cause Catherine Hickland married Michael E Knight and was married to Hasselhoff who played Michael Knight LOL

A pregnancy storyline was written for them - right at the same time Lisa became pregnant in real life!! The Grants had a boy, while John and Lisa had a girl.

Although I hadn't really known who she was I recognized Toni Bua's name from her having adopted a dog several years ago rescued by "Hope For Paws". They put a lot of their rescues on youtube. Toni adopted Miley, who was found in bad shape living in a garbage dump. There's a video of the party she had to welcome Miley home. I think they may have only had a year or two together before Toni passed away of cancer.

March 25, 20197 yr Member Last week on The Real Showcast interview Jade Harlow and Chrystee Pharris did together, Jade revealed she and Bruce Michael Hall were engaged at one point when they were both on Passions and got matching tattoo wedding bands. She just started the tattoo removal process recently. She also mentioned that many of the Passions cast were hooking up and that most of the Miguel’s were with all of the Kay’s at one point specifically mentioning Jesse Metcalfe and Deanna Wright. It also well known that Jesse and Taylor Anne Mountz dated before she left as well. They dropped other tea about the show as well regarding why they left with contract issues and more... https://www.podbean.com/media/share/pb-tdwkc-aa3531

Of the many romances/hookups to come from this show, were Lindsay Korman and Justin Hartley the only pair to make it to the altar? (Of course, we all know they eventually split.)

March 25, 20197 yr Member There was something in Kim Zimmer's book where she mentioned one actress on GL who always ended up dating her leading man or in love with her leading man. It was rumored to be Beth Ehlers...but then some said it was Gina Tognoni. But I know Ehlers did date alot of the other actors on the show...I remember Mark Derwin, and I believe Ricky Paul Goldin at one point and I think there were others.

Wasn't she involved with the 2nd Mallet, Robert Bogue, who was later with Mandy Bruno (Marina)? I think that's when things with Ehlers got wonky behind the scenes and she eventually left...

At least he didn’t specifically say anything bad, which I think is right considering she is still the mother of his daughter. Edited March 25, 20197 yr by SamandWillowFan

And then I think there was a fling with the guy who played Dylan in the late 80's and/or the first adult-ish Alan Michael - Carl Evans?
