Those pre-noms are pretty much as expected with the state of soaps as they are.

No Marla Adams on this list is tragic. She wasn’t on much during the second half of the year, but she had some rocking performances early on. Shame.

It's by how many episodes you have during the 2018 calendar year.

I've always found the Pre-Nominations round completely ridiculous.

 

Announce the FINAL nominations. Period. 

 

The Daytime pool is so small these days, basically everyone is nominated.

The Guest Performer category should have a stipulation that the person cannot be under contract in their performances submitted for consideration (this would eliminate Mansi and Brady for sure, and possibly Penghlis depending on what he submitted).
