Ellen Pao, former CEO at Reddit, decided to say the quiet part out loud - everyone knew and no one did anything.

The photo going around of Maxwell and Kevin Spacey sitting on the throne at Buckingham Palace made me feel sick. It was the perfectly putrid image of everything that has bubbled up over the last 10-20 years fusing together.

I still have a lot of respect for the Queen, even with the protection she has seemingly given Andrew, but this whole horror show, along with the way Meghan Markle was treated, has eroded any other goodwill I had toward the family. Once she passes away I think it is time to seriously consider whether the monarchy has reached its natural conclusion.

Immediately, that line from "Send In the Clowns" played in my head. "Isn't it rich... isn't it queer, losing my timing this late in my career"

Beware of those who drape themselves in the mantle of conservatism while casting themselves as chief critics of others.

Thought that I had posted about this news item way back when, but I guess not.

Needless to say, this man is vile beyond imagination.

The Lincoln Project was suing Rudy -- so, of course, the "liberal" NYT had to find a way to discredit them.  Not that I think that these people are lying about John Weaver, or that the NYT should have covered up the allegations.  I just suspect the NYT went out of its' way to find SOMETHING on the organization in order to turn their Democratic supporters against them and managed to hit paydirt.

Apart from their role as antagonists of the former administration and their suing the dickens out of Giuliani, now would be a good time for The Lincoln Project to begin to slink away and I hope they do.

At least, it doesn't appear that too many Democrats allowed themselves to become too enamored of this group. They can settle their lawsuit in the shadows. It's time for them to quietly go away.

Well, at least TLP did the right thing in condemning (on the record) Weaver's actions and distancing themselves and their organization from him as much as possible.  If only the GOP would do the same about MTG, Lacey Chabert Lauren Boebert, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and the list goes on.
