Thirst!!

I actually wish Will would be paired with someone else. Even though I don't want Will with either ....I hope he breaks up Sonny and Paul for good. The best writing woud be that Will and Paul become a couple and Sonny is left out in the cold.

I might have this wrong, so forgive me if I do:

Hope Brady and Jennifer Horton are cousins.  (Jennifer's father is Bill Horton; Hope's mother, Addie, was Bill's sister.)  Hope was married to Bo Brady.  Bo was Roman's half-brother, which, in turn, made him Eric's half-uncle.

But, DAYS being DAYS, Eric and Jennifer are probably related in several other ways.

Same. I think he's given good performances in the past, and he still has good family chemistry with JE and WK. But he has zero chemistry with CS, who'd have chemistry with an oak tree. He's just so meh/blah.

Watching DAYS today for the first time in a few weeks. Just the few touches of humor make all the difference. It's sad that soaps have become so dark and unfunny. Judi Evans/Fakedrienne crowding her way into the church pew was the first time I've laughed out loud at a soap (intentionally) in years maybe.

EDIT: I just love Paul. Christopher Sean did a great job just now with Paul's speech. He almost made Freddie look good.

Ah ok thanks, so they're barely related, are they just friends then, as she seemed upset he was leaving?

ETA: Don't see much of an issue with Freddie Smith. Are people fans of Chad? He speaks like a robot as he looks like he's forgotten his lines all the time, at one point it took him about 10 seconds to say the name Abi as the actor had clearly forgotten the name of his on screen girlfriend.

Jen and Eric have slept together and were almost a thing.  Then Jen ended it because Eric still had feelings for Nicole. Very annoying from my perspective.

I like Chad well enough.  I haven't noticed the he's forgetting his lines. I tend to multitask when I watch Days, so I miss a lot.  I also like Sonny, Paul and Will.

What a lame episode. So disappointed in the ending. We had a fakeout with Doug and Julie midway through the show and at the end we get nothing but another open door.....LAME....yet on the ending credits Robert Scott Wilson name appears

Dull ass double wedding on a dollar store budget. They even had Not Tony the Serial killer speaking about love at the wedding. A lot of shots of Gabi looking lovingly at Chabby. Paul words to Sonny were well acted & written. Yet Paulie might as well have been professing his love to a mannequin. Days should've had Paulie's mom and grandfather at the wedding.

    • Ugh. I genuinely hope not; I pray, somehow, CHCH-DT is told to provide a one-day pause. The last thing we need is a Y&R situation with this soap. I'm pretty sure Samantha is the older twin.
    • As usual, Jane Elliot stole the show. GM was good as Gio as were Rena, Dominic, and Amanda.   I also thought the actress that plays Emma was low key, but perfect at the same time-just listening and reacting.
    • I'm surprised it took me this long to get into RH. The soap is so damn good, I am just as obsessed with the Ryan's as Delia. The Ryans are a great family unit and seem like good people. I wish I had a family like that. This show has so many parallels to BTG. Frank's mystery is very similar to Martin's. Both are my favorites on each show. adding more thoughts soon once I get a consistent watch going.
    • I also get why Gio feels his life was a lie. I get everyone's emotions are high now That's why I think Monica passing will be the catalyst that starts to the healing process for Gio, BLQ, Lois, Tracy, Ned, Olivia and Dante
    • Judging by the fact that I was able to watch two episodes today, looks like Canada being a day ahead might be permanent.
    • Agreed! I normally don't rate Amanda Setton that highly as an actress, but she knocked those scenes out of the park. Between this and the Michael storyline, I think we're in for a week of juicy drama. I heard everyone talking about how dull Rory Gibson was on Y&R, but I thought he was pretty good today playing a steelier version of Michael. And I loved Wiley's little "Bye mommy!" moment. The writers clearly know how much most of us hate Willow if they're tossing out little nuggets of schadenfreude like that one.
    • Slower day, but not bad. I thought Tomas was at his personal best today, flirting with Kat at Uptown.  Hayley is pregnant!  Oh boy... Samantha felt more like the babysitter today vs. the young sister. I'm ready to meet Sharon. I want a strong dynamic so it's not a repeat of what we just saw with Tracy's reunion.
    • They've been on same day for three episodes, which is a good thing because the days flowed weird to me before.
    • I see both Lois and BLQs sides re Gio BLQ wanted her son to be happy. Lois wanted to make sure it happened, so she gave him to family. Selfish?  Yes, but I get it Gio was raised by a loving mother and extended family. Lois followed BLQ wishes Great acting by AS & RS

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
