Members dragonflies
So I wonder if Sarah Chalke will return in some aspect. Bring her back as someone different than she was in the last revival
Members Vee
He's better than he used to be; his scene with Dan last season alluding to his PTSD and talking about the VA was pretty good. I like him so much IRL that I'm fine with him getting more with Geena and the kid going forward even if he's a little dodgy. Incidentally, future developments with D.J., Geena, etc. can be seen here: Please register in order to view this content A BTS featurette: Edited October 17, 2018 by Vee

Members xtr
I think he might do better once he's interacting more with his wife and child. I had learned that he's married with kids in real life, so maybe he can tap into his experience from that and use it with his tv family. I can think of some examples of actors (including soap ones), where they weren't that good, but they shined in scenes with kids, because they were parents in real life. Maybe something like that will happen with DJ, in storylines with his child and his wife. I like Michael, so I hope that DJ gets some solid storylines, and that he ends up doing okay with them.
Members Soapsuds
The show's final number was a 2.4 in demos. I really enjoyed the premier episode and looking forward in seeing David again next week.
Members jcar03
I don't think they have even given Fishman a chance to show any range. DJ seems like an afterthought. I thought Goransen had improved over the previous episodes last spring. She had some of the best lines of the night.

Members Soaplovers
I love when Chuck, Ann Marie, and Crystal came back!! All three were important parts of the earlier seasons of Roseanne. I hope the show will deal with the weird enmeshment Jackie had with Roseanne's family... it was like she was Dan's second wife. I know everyone loves Laurie Metcalf, but girlfriend needs to dial it down a few notches. Sit her down and show her tapes of her as Jackie from season 1 though 6 where she was more low key, sarcastic and quirky.. not this over the top idiot that she's playing now. Becky/Darlene still have that sister chemistry Please register in order to view this content
Members Khan
If and when Dan feels ready to start dating again, I hope the writers at least think about casting Kathleen Turner. She'd be awesome as a chain-smoking, trash-talking barmaid who sets everyone's teeth on edge. JS. Edited October 18, 2018 by Khan
Members ChitHappens
OMG! I would totally tune in! Did you see her on Friends as Chandler's cross dressing father (or was she trans)? Was that brilliance or what?
Members Khan
I never watched "Friends," so....
Members ChitHappens
I can't say I blame you, but it's worth looking up the eppy with KT. It was glorious!
Members Juliajms
I find it so strange that anyone finds Roseanne's death by OD demeaning. That could so easily happen to just about anyone under the right circumstances. Yeah, I don't find the kids believable either. Harris is a little more believable than Mark. He's just too happy, bright ( I don't mean smart, I mean that child glows) and well adjusted to come from a poor, broken home. I can overlook it though because this is a sitcom and I don't need it to be overly dark. I think Darlene's beaten down demeanor is enough of that anyway, and Sara Gilbert plays it very well.
Members Vee
He doesn't come from a poor home, though. They had a life of privilege in Chicago until Darlene lost her publishing job.
Members marceline
I decided to watch this episode out of spite. (yes. I *am* just that kind of petty) I wanted to watch this show kick Roseanne to the curb and if I'm honest, the idea of a Trump-supporting Roseanne succumbing to opiates sounded really satisfying. But I have to admit that I found this episode oddly...affecting. There was some good work done in this ep.
