I can't say I'm surprised by these numbers because Y&R, B&B and DAYS have been SO BORING! The only saving grace for B&B right now is Quinn & Eric. The only positive I can give Y&R right now are it's production values. GH still has an incredible cast giving great performances and DAYS I've got nothing positive to say.

I'm not surprised about B&B - I wouldn't say Quinn and Eric are the saving grace of B&B.  Quinn is the reason I cut back on watching.  I was tired of the Wyatt/Liam/(insert girl's name) rehashing of triangles, but I was also really tired of Quinn.  In general I'm tired of most of the characters when I think about it.  The other day I heard Maya say something like, "I never would have thought such a simple question would cause such a problem.  I just look in little Lizzie's face and how could I not want her to have a little brother or sister?  I don't know why Zende can't understand."  I was like....*ITCH, stop with your Sister's WOMB already!  It's so silly - and like others have said - there was never any discussion or addressing her parents.  What is this crap?  Julius would have had the opportunity to hit the roof and "prove" how selfish Maya/Myron is.  Opportunity wasted.

And years ago maybe Brooke and Ridge would have been a ratings booster....but I think those days have passed.  And they immediately telegraphed Quinn's "redemption" when they started the romance with Eric and her being a "changed" woman.  I don't know - just silly to me...she had already said that with "Adam"/Liam.  And Whiner/Weasel/Wyatt I heard say something before Thanksgiving when Steffy mentioned him coming to dinner...and he said something like that was asking alot.  When just a few months ago when he had married Steffy, he couldn't understand why Liam couldn't just suck it up and go to Monte Carlo with them....???  This show's writing requires viewers to have no memory whatsoever.    According to the days ratings, the fashion show day was the 2nd least watched of the week.  Awful.

Oh hells yes GH is so freaking steady. its up from last year even and another solid week. Jean and Shelly have the most stable steady soap on air. Its time to make Jean Passanante as a co executive producer with Frank. shes been in biz 25 years and deserves more then head writing credit. Jean P for exec producer has a good ring to it.

YR having much lower ratinhs with Mal then JFP. was it a mistake getting rid of JFP?
