Well, that article explains it.  Focus groups. They should have gone with ABCF, imo.

I think they know exactly who their target audience is.    Look at that photo EW put out as advertising, and then look at the link and see the network's twitter advertisement.  They want 16 year old white douchebags of the female variety.  I don't even know what a girl douchebag is called as I have never heard it used to describe a woman, but that's who they want.

I thought the same thing. They should have revived the XYZ idea, I like that better if your going to change the name. 

XYZ or just ABCF would have been better. With the latter you'd hardly even have to rebrand, seeing as it would still technically stand for the same thing.

Then they should have went with ABCFW. then they will know & none whites will know the white girl will get all the guys liking her on any show. It would give us, a option if we going to watch their shows.
