In reference to Max when talking to Sonny, Diane referred to him as her bf. Since when? I didn't realize they were even back together. I cant recall any references to this pairing being back on after the last shooting. Or was that reunion and relationship happening off screen?

I was thinking exactly the same while watching today, all of this gun pointing and casual talk of murder as if it's the most normal thing in the world. Reminds me of scene Robin Mattson had with Susan Lucci years ago, Janet rattling off the latest murder plot in Pine Valley, to which an exasperated Erica responds, "What is WRONG with the people in this town!?"

I agree, it's ludicrous how everyone's waving guns in each other's faces. And it's probably all for naught. I don't buy Franco wanting to kill any of them. He's probably using Heather to redeem himself now that Carly's been destroyed. He probably still wants her. Watch. Nothing ever ends. They're already setting up Silazzzz and Snore getting back together.

I can't wait for the ridiculous ways they get out of Sonny killing Ava, or Sonny and Carly paying for murder and the cover up. Don't do all this [!@#$%^&*] and then shrug your shoulders and write it away with some throw away lines. I hate that. I mean, I get it, it's a soap and you can't get rid of everyone, and people get out of things all of the time, but it's just so comical on GH. Should be a game of what stretch of the imagination can they pull from to get these people out of their crimes.

Felicia and Lucy going on and on about Sonny's magic stick was cringe worthy. So I can only conclude that Carly will get no POV of why she wants this man. He's just irresistible! PUKE!

Then, the little inept greaseball wants to get all choked up [very poorly done by Mo] about Cawnie? Mofo done fucked 3 women since her death LAST YEAR! STFU!

I can't believe we had to sit through ANOTHER episode of poor Franco. Why is it ALL about him? Oh, that's right. He's a pet who must be propped and they probably paid good money to keep Howarth from OLTL so by god they'll use him until we're all sick of his hammy performances. He's just terrible. I wanted to laugh as he just walked out of that place. FOUR people couldn't take him down? Seriously? All Shawn has to do is slap Franco across the face lightly and the man would go down.

Like always lately.

And he sure didn't think of Cawnie when he was banging Ava in the Quartermaine crypt. What a slap in the face to AJ, Lila, Edward, and Alan. Oh and that thing they called Emily. How fitting La Diva amazing theatrical actress Kelly Sullivan returned as Connie to appear in the same exact crypt to have a discussion with Sonny. Oh my, the GUILT Sonny must be feeling.

laugh.png It's really just a big mess. Why would Carly ever want Sonny again? He's nearly as bad as Franco. He's certainly damaged Carly and her children more than Franco ever has. Actually, even Carly looks pretty bad the way she is A-ok with Sonny killing the mother of a newborn. It goes against all basic human feeling. When everyone is a sociopath, it gets harder to root for any of them.

I wouldn't care as much about the constant gunplay if the people who did handstands over how "Cartini" had eliminated the mob from GH had said something when the whole thing came roaring back.

All Guza cared about was the penis. That's all Ron cares about too. And the gun basically fills that purpose.

I'm surprised we don't see the men going around grabbing their crotches for emphasis.

It's not about Sonny though. He's always been a sociopath. Carly has never been a full on attempted murderer/accessory to murder until Ron showed up. Sonny always was that anyway, hence the hitmen in his employ. Capable mobsters keep civilians out of it.

      I don't really care about what the men are wearing, or not wearing.   What I care about is focusing on the writing and character development for each of the male characters. Andre really doesn't have a lot of character development that sets him apart from the other male characters except that he seems content to be degraded and mistreated by the elitist Dani.  I would like to know why a good looking younger guy like Andre would willingly be at the mercy of an emotional vampire such as Dani.   Martin, on the other hand, seems to have decent character development.. and it is partly due to how the actor chooses to recite his lines.  Martin was raised in a very privileged household and probably went to the best schools... so it makes sense that he would come across as thinking he was above everyone else.  Most people raised in a upper class situation as the Duprees would view themselves as better than others (it's the same trait Dani seems to employ on those she feels superior to). It makes me wonder how Nicole came out of that family being so warm and nurturing  when her family dynamics seemed very appearance oriented.

      Lulu and Dante were divorced before her coma, but she was still in love with him.  He just didn't know.  They haven't been married for years.    I was pretty mixed about Lulu getting involved when it was just a child out there in the world, but now that she realizes it's Gio I am okay with her telling Dante.  It also is her son's sibling.  I still think it's BLQ's choice though.  Lulu is in a rough spot because I think Dante will be mad if she keeps it a secret and Chase, Brook, Lois, etc will be mad if Lulu tells. Without veering too far into the classic area of the show, I had no problem with Robin telling AJ about Michael.  It may not have *exactly* been her place, but she could see how Carly was manipulating the entire situation.  It also ruined her romantic relationship with Jason for good.  Jason and Sonny were furious with Robin and practically ran her out of town, so I think we were to believe she was the bad guy.  It was a bit out of character for Robin to spill, but KMc was leaving the show.

      Rewatching/binging THE X-FILES Seasons 1 and 2 (almost done). So much fun re-experiencing, especially re-discovering some of the monster-of-the-week stories. THE WEST WING Seasons 1 and 2 as well - so good to rewatch now with 20 years more life experience and understanding. ALSO.... lol FOOTBALLERS' WIVES Season 3, which is just as bonkers as I remember and so so so so fun. I had forgotten about that iconic season cliffhanger. Good times. Excited to rewatch Seasons 4 and 5 since I remember so very little about them. Hope you've been enjoying!

      Marland was long gone by this point.  He quit in either August/September 1982. I think it was due to letting the actress play out her contract and use her for party scenes and/or scenes with Phillip/Justin.   I was surprised she was still on in June 1983 myself, because I figured she had been written out before Pam Long joined the writing staff. Thankfully, having episodes uploaded during this period on Spauldingfield YT site has helped to connect some of the dots.  It looks as though Pam Long starts the first week or so of May 1983.. and in those first few weeks: Morgan and Evie were both written off and Lillian/Mindy/Billy/Beth/Annabelle all come onto the show.
