I'm kind of sorry she's a recast because that always comes as baggage, but still, this character was never going to look like she did 20 years ago. I think she will fit perfectly into the Days cast, and she's already a natural and a pro in the soap world! I really hope this helps pull a few OLTL-viewers! My only hope is that Days does not waste this GREAT talent as a Danifer prop. Please God don't let that happen! So far I am really liking how the beats are playing with Jenn's yearbook rival memories with JJ and JJ running into Eve half naked (It's time for JJ to finally get his cougar!!!). I feel like I LOVE where this story is heading! 2) As far as the scenes with Jenn/Dan/Maggie this week the only comment to say is to echo what Dan had to say... " I just can't" 3) Love the Kate/Victor interaction - those two have always been magic! Love the Kate/Sami scheming (especially the FOOD FIGHT!) I love it when Days infuses humor into story! It adds so much life!! 4) As for Sami knowing about EJ's "secret" I really like how this is playing out. I'm kind of shocked at how much I am liking it. This makes perfect sense now as to why we had the "fake" reveal in April... but I want Samantha Gene to get some MAJOR revenge and our girl now has all the cards in her favor now... and who better to be at her side than arch-nemesis Kate! 5) The fake Jennifer/Eve flashback...even though they made it fuzzy - it was obvious they were in their 40s, not 20s. haha.. but I really appreciate the fact that they respected the show's history to go as far as recreating an actual scene from 20+ years ago. 6) Love the Frankie mention and again respecting the shows history. 7) ANOTHER Melanie picture... :/ 8) Line of the week: Kate to EJ "Every time you ask her to marry you, you get shot!" Just curious because they seem like such a huge waste of time and something that has to be tossed in every now and again because it's so wonderful and fans expect it... Ridiculous flashback with Jennifer and AmazonEve. Wasn't necessary, but if we were going to do it, we need to blur it a whole lot more! Finally! Something shocking!
