Y,

You speaketh da truth!

Wally has not been selling this crap very well and Roger has been especially heinous the past few eppies.

Anna pretty much sending Francly off to do her job and then hunting them down is just awful. Downright awful.

Solivia break-up was a crime against acting. I really cant stand Cranco theyre disgusting on any level.

I really cant stand Kiki and her need to micromanage michaels life. And how she emotionally blackmailed morgan by stressing how michael always put himself last for him. Bitch needs to shut the heff up.

Saving graces of the day: shava (yup, i could totally see them together if its truly over with morgan) and the mac and maxie chat. Everything else was horrible.

That's the problem--she didn't send them. She stupidly told them where the phone was and then didn't even think they would go to GH first chance they got. Great comish (ugh) work!

LOL It's a red, zips up from the front, has pockets, hangs from the body like a dead bird, the 90s wouldn't even want it, dress.

That's what I mean. The moment Anna learned where the phone was, she should have sent a uni to go retrieve it, but it was just plot point garbage so Daphne and Shaggy could be involved with this mess. I don't mind them sleuthing, but if someone else has to look dumb as hell, I'll pass. This was like when Carly tried to kill FrankenTodd last June and Dante spilled about another gun (a cop runs in a tells a POI that another gun was used..ugh). The first thing Anna was supposed to do is get to TMC and find the bullet that was all but in plain sight - instead, Carly thought of this very thing and she and Shawn went and pulled the bullet right out of the wall on the terrace where the shooting took place. It's all just too horrible!

lol about the dress. Wasn't fond of it at all! Looks like something a teen would wear!

Are we still talking about Jordan's outfit? Is she still in the one from the last week, that jazzercise romper? It's like I said before, all she needs now is Taimak and Vanity as her wingmen.

Wait, no, we're not - the description is just very, very similar. You can understand my confusion.

Oh, OK! Sorry, misunderstood you. But you are right, Anna was made to look like a dumb idiot just to get those two bitches involved. Completely plot driven garbage.

LOL Half of the show's "fashion" could be described in such terms. I can't wait to see the fuc.kery Jordan will show up in next.

AJ's been dead for a month now and Anna never thought to go to the hospital to look for his phone? WTF? And why is she still with Duke, knowing he works for a known criminal for the sole reason of taking out another known criminal.

Thank you for sparing me Bruce Jenner. I was able to sit through Maxie and Mac

I haven't called Olivia, Brooklyn Brenda in a while so for old times sake, Brooklyn Brenda did good with the a-hole

Morgan got a haircut and shaved. Too bad he still looks like sh-t

I completely forgot Brooklyn was shot or that Ava did it. Cant wait for this to come out, especially with the truth of the ONS out. Im ready for Ava to be tore apart

Wow, the Franco put-downs of AJ with Carly smirking in response are really getting out of hand. It wasn't enough that he was the show's punching bag when he was alive, now that he's dead, they're just stomping all over his corpse? This show is written by a bunch of obnoxious, narcissistic c**ts.

How the hell did Anna not see through Carly and Franco?

Maxie's slobbering over Levi is beyond outrageous! Mac needs to kill him after giving him a good roundhousing.

Olivia is so overdramatic. It's painful. And as usual, Sonny can't be honest. And I love that Maurice put his hands on his chest when Sonny was 'begging' for Olivia to give him another chance.

Luke is so horribly skeevy.

Shawn needs to stop being Ava's patsy.

Tomorrow's show looks better with Kevin, Lucy, Liz, and Ric. And of course, Dr. Obrecht! She's a classy lady.

Kiki's shirt was hideous. She really doesn't know how to dress. I don't care about Michael/Kiki/Morgan.

    • I have this STRONG feeling that if they put Derek opposite a Kat, Eva, Chelsea, or Shanice, I would NOT be surprised to see him pop and shine. Ashley, on the other hand, has Andre and the actress cannot even sell that pairing. I am really starting to believe that Ashley is the problem and might need to become a year 1 casualty.

    • Honestly, rewatching the mid-80's, I wonder if Pam Long GAF about anyone other than Reva. Even Alexandra, who isn't getting any great story that I can see, she revolves around her precious Brandon.  Reva is supposed to be plucky, "tell it like it is" brave for living with no regrets, while she pisses and moans, biting the Lewis hand that clothes and feeds her so she can lust after a virtual stranger because they've both "hungered" to be a Lewis and feel like they've been excluded from the precious Lewis circle of trust.  Lord love a duck. Long didn't know how to write for strong women. She's not interested in Annabelle, Nola, Katie (although she hadn't had a story since '81) or Trish, Mo and Claire have babyitis, Roxy's an ex-whore, Mindy's spoiled but occasionally tries to grow up and Beth cries all day everyday. Yes, Vanessa isn't the mover and shaker she was upon entering Springfield. But at least she was allowed to grow as a character. Unlike Reva, she's not hamstrung in some eternal sexpot role that she can't escape from.  As much as I dislike some aspects of the Dylan storyline, it's arguably Long's best umbrella story. Yes, it could've been written without Vanessa, but it's undoubtably richer for her being in it.
    • Thank you! I feel the exact same way. Xander and EJ are great villains. This moment between Xander and Philip has been building since November. It was ugly, it was horrible, but it was real. Not some Nickelodeon b.s. that this show has constantly served for years. Now, a big part of why I like these characters are the actors who portray them. They are dynamic, charismatic, and genuinely talented. They actually feel like the new Stefano and Victor, but without being carbon copies. They are their own messed up, villainous, bastards. There are multiple characters in their corner and against them at any given time. Both good and fellow bad people in the community praising and damning them. The show feels like a soap opera again. And crazy as it is to say, I'm even more excited to watch it then I am Beyond the Gates most days, and that's saying a lot. As for Stephanie's book, they're keeping me intrigued wondering where it's going. Bringing in Kate was a genius move. However, I'm still Abigail Klein's biggest hater on this board. Generic Barbie is literally the Sofia Mattsson of DAYS to me, just a complete wash of an actress. However, I think her being a PR person is a damp squib of a profession and since we're stuck with her this could be a way of finally getting her away from her "successful firm." Body and Soul was her lowest low, even worse than when she was poisoning apples or whatever trying to kill Chloe of all people. Philip returning was the best thing to happen to her character in ages. When both stories were happening simultaneously, you could literally see the difference in how much energy she put into performances from one scene to the next.
    • I find the black & white episodes FAR more atmospheric and spooky than the color episodes.   The first few months of Dark Shadows move ploddingly slow when you're binge-watching, with entirely too much repetition and exposition.  But as someone noted above, it's the only time in the show when you get much character development.  After the 1795 sequence, it's pretty much like "just make something up; nobody cares."   The series essentially became self-parody with the overload of monsters & ghoulies.  I was watching a scene one time in which the Witch was attempting to stop the Phoenix from staking the Vampire, and I got tickled at the absurdity of three "monsters" in one scene.
    • So cool!!!   And that picture is fierce!!!
    • Just glancing through, it does remind me that I really need to catch up. Sounds like the new writing team have been off to a good start.
    • Loved Katie's reaction to seeing Philip beaten up and near death.
    • I am so pleasantly surprised at how the new writing team is approaching Kate. Towards the end of R*n's run, she faded right out, off contract, pouring coffee at the Brady Pub...and then somehow it turned around and she's back in suits, woven in and out of multiple storylines, and inching back towards the business world, while having her relationship with Roman being written maturely.
    • Someone apparently told Brad Bell that "playing all the beats" meant repeating the same dialogue every day.
