To be honest, I think it's disgusting that they would ask him back, but considering that Hunter never filed charges, they could get away with it.

She may not have to file any charges. If it was workplace sexual harassment, and did not escalate to physical assault, then reporting it to her supervisors was her course of action. They investigated, and he was released from his contract with the show. Sony, CBS, or both acted on behalf of their employee. If they had rehired him, while she was still there, she could have grounds for a lawsuit.

I just find it crazy he's denying it now. There is no way an innocent man would allow his name to be sullied in the press, including the MAINSTREAM press which could affect him getting a job and he'd say nothing. Please.
