At least that is what was said on the review of Spiderman 2 on allmovie.com that part 3 "would" be the last sequal Raimi was doing. So..i dont know. They really expect Toby and Kirsten to stick around for all six? Topher Grace, as great as he is, is a total miscast for Venom. Thomas Haden Church could be fun, though. Can't wait for #3!
