Y&R: TMZ reporting on Michael Muhney

HHK comes from an acting family. Her sister is more famous than MM could ever dream of being. She is close friends with teen sensations like Selena Gomez. HHK does NOT need MM to give her a career boost. Also what kind of boost is this? How does this help her career in any way? People need to stop and think before they open their mouths.

I know I actually first heard about her before she ever joined Y&R because of her sister and Selena Gomez. Even right before she joined Y&R she was all over the blogs after being out on vacation with Selena Gomez.

Outs for outside gigs are diffeent

If Actor X signs a 4 year deal and it has 13 week outs, that means their boss can release them every 13 weeks as long as they are given AT LEAST 4 weeks notice. If that happens they are released. If they are relased outside that window the boss must pay out the remainder of their current 13 week cycle.

Now that doesnt mean an actor can leave every 13 weeks with 4 weeks notice. These contracts benefit the employer not employee.

Those outs were actually put in to benefit the employees. The unions put those in to the contracts. Most actors don't use them because they like to be employed. Which is why the outs really don't benefit them. Because the their bosses use them to fire them.

I have heard of ONE EXCEPTION: GL's Kim Zimmer

She had a contract that had 52 week cycles. That meant if GL axed her anytime during that cycle they had to pay her for the remainder

Kim also said she had it where she could leave anytime during that cycle as well but she had to give GL Notice and the amount of notice given was up to GL

Plus if kim enacted this and left early, GL would not have to pay the remainder of her contract cycle.

I don't know where you're getting your information but it is preposterous and inaccurate. There are scores of actors who have exit clauses in their contracts. Heck, that's how Beverlee McKinsey duped JFP!

Exit 'outs' exist in daytime contracts. Always have. Always will.

The lunatic portion of his fans are really akin to those women who become obsessed with serial killers in prison and end up writing them love letters and eventually marrying them in prison.

I take it you saw that one fangurl's video where she was in her creepy basement calling JFP a whore for firing MM.

Maybe for some major vets. However I doubt MM had them or even CE since he had only been at the job 15 months when he left

well just saw a comment to someone who was playing devils advocate and the comment to them was basically:

"Remember your comments when your loved one is sexually assaulated"

I get that everyone has their own feelings and that is great but to bring posters love ones into it and basically wish sexual assaualt on them so they see how wrong their thoughts are , thats way out of line.

To me that is just as bad as MM fans who say even if true mM should keep his gig & HHK should shut up

Whats up with people

From the Memorial show it seemed all the male stars took JC's flirty gropping as a joke so I dont see it as the same thing

Since statistics show that 1 out of 3 women will be sexually abused in their life, the comment is not one bit out of line. Frankly, I don't know who think that you are kidding. You are a huge MM fan who has defended him and is now scrambling to find a way to subtly defend him and attack Hunter King.

I am pretty sure the 13 week cycle clause is for both the actor and the show. Only the show is the more likely to use it because not too many working actors will leave their jobs without some extreme reason.

+1. Thank you for saying that.

This is exactly why to the dismay of MM fans that HHK's career is likely to survive unlike if she was a no name actor like MM.

Almost every actor has them. They are usually part of a standard contract.

That is not true. There are many cases where actors decide they want to leave for primetime/film or personal reasons and the show has to allow them out. Once you reach veteran status you can request clauses that allow you opportunity to leave on your own, but that is only once you've proven yourself and renegotiated your contract.

I was the victim of rape years ago. So stop talking like I have no clue. I know it and I llved it

I said the time of the firing that I felt that the glee over MM's dissmisal was unfair ince we had no reason why

when it was leaked weeks ago what happened between MM & HHK I said I felt HHK should not be brought into it since she didnt talk about it. I got bitched for that too.

So please once again dont talk like you know me or what I am about. Thanks

I have no clue if this true, but if it is, then it only makes your mealymouthed defense of MM even worse and disturbing.
