Yeah, Faison scared her and she passed out on the floor. LOL.

I like that she's involved now.

Ugh at Todd shoving his way into Carly's. I really want to be down with them because of their chemistry but I just can't. I hate the way Roger plays his characters sometimes, especially after the character does something wrong and stands there all arrogant and smug expecting Carly to just melt. WHich of course she will. I guess I'm just tired of the same old Todd because that's really all this is.

Nik/Britt nearly kissing was great. I like their chemistry and it's nice to see someone want to take care of Britt.

I also have to LMAO at the Disney synergy. Liz is Snow White, Aiden and Cameron are Buzz and Woody, Patrick is Indiana Jones ... (and Spencer was Captain Hook). Was Electra Woman and Dyna Girl on ABC? That has to be a Ron or Frank thing.

And then you have poor annoying Josslyn as corn. AGAIN. What was the point of all that again?

I give them kudos too. I liked the nod to Electra Woman and Dyna Girl.

I overall quite enjoyed today's episode. Could have done without Frodd and Carly, but LW and RH, dammit, work so well together.

Felix was beyond annoying. It bears repeating for a second time. I'd rather watch Brad at this point.

The entire Wyndemere caper was hilarious all the way around. I loved it. I can't believe how much I just adore Faison and Dr. O. They're such a bright spot with their kookiness.

Emma chasing after Cameron was pretty cute (I want to add that I haven't been able to stand Emma for quite a while now). I lol'd how Spencer stepped up to be her boyfriend. That was sweet.

Patrick looks pretty good as Indy. That hat and outfit just seemed to work for him.

DEAD

And scarily accurate.

Really? I found the episode not bad. I mean, great, compelling soap? Nope. A fun episode? I thought so. I'll take it after suffering through a lot of what we've had to suffer through over the last few months.

The initial Faison/Lesley thing was a tiny bit over the top and Frodd was annoying, I also found Josslyn to be annoying and Felix as well. Not the BEST episode but I guess I enjoyed the Dr.O/Faison/Robin/Nikolas/Britt mess.

I suspect we would have had a few withdrawals next year if Israel had won. I don't think many people would relish going to Jerusalem as things stand now. Not to mention it would have been a prime target for terrorist attacks.
    • And they've given us plenty. Sets, outdoor scenes, music licensing, etc. And that was the point of me using DAYS... so. It's obvious the casino set is not intended for long-term use, hence why it's likely it wasn't as evolved as the other community sets, etc.

    • I just had thought of how to save the Perkins family. (Inspired by Rituals) -- What if Marisa Perkins was Augusta Lockridge's sister? Fictionally, they could've both been local girls, one married rich and one married poor. Originally, I was going to suggest that Marisa be Sophia's sister, but then I realized Joe and Kelly would've been first cousins.  Of course, it would've truly inspired Sophia was if Rosa Andrade sister, with Rosa and Santana moving in to help CC raise the kids once Sophia disappeared.  While this could've avoided both gross CC and Santana affairs, the times were not right for a story about intersectional inequity.
    • https://www.instagram.com/p/DJxW5DLJLId/ Another World is my forever favorite soap opera. But it's finale is almost universally hated by its fans. What this is, is an edit where I've deleted everything I didn't like!!!
    • The Perkins family had potential to be a nice alternative to the more dysfunctional Capwells and wackier Lockridges... but I think a few factors did in the family. 1) Recasting of Joe Perkins 2) Bad casting of the Perkins Patriarch, and the one note writing for that character. 3) Lack of antagonistic interaction between the Capwells/Lockridges and Perkins.  (There was no awkwardness between Jade/Ted.. or CC disapproving of his son being friends with that Perkins girl, etc). 4) Wasting of Jade thus wasting the potential of the actress (which was realized on Days of Our Lives).  She had more potential than Laken oddly enough. The only member of the Perkins family that had appeal and a somewhat thought out story arc was Amy.
    • @GymnastGuyThanks for posting the three new Capitol 1985 episodes today. The two labeled March 12, and 13 are misidentified. The March 12 labeled one actually aired November 12 1985 which I figured out because Kenny Rogers' movie Wild Horses aired November 12th and it was announced over the "March 12" Cap credits. In addition, Craig Carlson is listed in the April credits but not the March. Craig left Capitol sometime after July 1985 before he rejoined OLTL in the credits by October 15, 1985; he was replaced on Cap by Radcliffe and Hamner. In these posted episodes Radcliffe/Hamner names appear in the March 85 episodes but not in the April.
