Oh dear lord. Visions of OLTL AMC Wyoming filling my head. I see Lindsay Hartley as the only cast member who stays

OTOH, AMC and OLTL could set up camp here, in Oklahoma. We could use the business. ;)

I'd be worried about them getting hit by a real tornado halting production again..

Wow, if Nelson Branco is giving a positive spin to something PP, I have no idea what to think anymore...

If anything, that just proves to me that PP are the vile ones here. This is the same "journalist" that said (as a white man) that he was blacker than Victoria Rowell. Anybody taking PP's side (as much as I like the shows) are grasping at straws at this point.

I know he's not the most classy member of the soap press but I don't know a ton about him. Do we think there's any chance that he has a legit source or that this is credible?

Did he run an actual story or just like a 2 line blurb?

Nelson is the tpe of soap press that will tell the good, the bad, and ugly and he doesnt care. The fact that he said his findings showed the union has no merit says a lot. I believe him. Cause trust me if the union did, Nelson would be publishing that

He ran all the info that we already knew, Then he said "I dug around and I hear there is not a lot of merit to the union’s claims."

Well my surprise is he was VERY anti the whole thing in the past (particularly AMC but he's been anti AMC and pro One Life only when RC/FV are there for a while.)

Maybe now--I don't read his new pay journal or whatever, but back in the day he was one of the worst gossips, practically making stuff up (like that David Canary was on death's door.)

...or that Brett Claywell was an unprofessional lush who showed up to work wasted as a Daniel Covin acting lesson.

Exactly! What john says!!

Nelson is the one who reported the move to Stamford, 30 minute/4 day per week, and the hiatus WAY before anyone else did. The thing about Nelson is that he tends to act like a gossip columnist at times as opposed to someone like Erroll or Dan J Kroll. Sometimes he will blow something out of proportion. I always called him the "National Enquirer of Soapdom." That said, I believe him because he clearly has sources plus the fact that he actually said something positive.
