So sad. Rest In Peace. What a talented, feisty, and strong woman. So glad to have had the chance to meet her. She was one of the all-time greats.

Y&R better acknowledge Jeanne Cooper's passing by having Kay pass away as well. And they better do it right.

They should do a one day tribute called the Book of Kay and fill it with mostly flashbacks of iconic moments.

I hope they avoid a recast. I guess Jill is the new Kay anyway given history.

I feel for her family.

This is just really heartbreaking. My thoughts are with her family. Corbin :(

I'm going to miss her.

Sadly, not very likely. They'll do a marathon for 90210 and One Tree Hill but they never acknowledge the passing of a veteran/daytime legend mad.gif

They don't have Y&R marathons on that channel. Sicne Y&R reruns are moving to TVGuide network soon anyway they should do a tribute on that channel

I just red that this was Jeanne Cooper's final scenes as Katherine. Talk about a poetic ending for a character. Brava Ms. Cooper, she truly did leave this world on top.

Over the years, I have loved and hated Katherine Chandler, but she rarely ever bored me. Jeanne's performances brought many years of entertainment to my life as well as other soap fans. I wish Jeanne well on her journey home. May she rest in peace.

Someone mentioned it earlier that me-TV should pay homage to Jeanne Cooper and they are on May 9th. Thinking about it again, they bring back Dina & John for this occasion too.
