Great cliffhanger, but I think I liked yesterday more. I wish they worked in a flashback here or there, but I guess there was no time. The whole Tea/Tomas portion was a giant waste of time to be frank, but I did like that a new Buchanan was born, even if Asa never met any of these people in his living room. The Viki and Clint stuff seemed a little padded. Love seeing Allison again, it was nice to see Brody too.

Farewell Llanview.

I'm thankful they gave Brody a goodbye...

I liked the show. I really just don't like T&B...

Nice twist with Victor being alive, I think that definitely would have driven viewers to PP... who helped fake his death and why? How did Allison get involved?

I finished my tribute video. It's not that great, but I thought it was something different since Cheap already did an AMAZING photo collage. I'm uploading it to YouTube now.

While the ATWT finale remains the gold standard for soap conclusions, I enjoyed the OLTL finale as well. (I am most grateful for the happy ending the Buchanan family received.) My only major complaint was that the final scene should have showcased Viki and her family. Though interference from PP is to blame, the final scene's emphasis should have been about closure instead of a cliffhanger.

Also, it was very regrettable that relatively few major veterans returned for the last few weeks. OLTL certainly had plenty of time with which to do this. (And even AMC did a considerably better job on this score.)

Here is the tribute video that I made for One Life to Live. I realize it's not that advanced or fancy, but it's the least I could do. Please give me feedback (:

Wow. I just got done with the DVR. I simply adored this finale episode. When you make me bawl like a baby (Bo/Nora- Viki Clint) and five minutes later have me jumping up and down clapping my hands at the Trevor reveal, you have done what a soap is supposed to do..

This was all I could ask for, and although I desperately wanted Erika in the final scene, the show left me with my heart pounding with excitement. Just like the old days. And I will never forget it.

Soapboy I like that you used so many of the cast. I hadn't seen a few of those photos before.

I'm surprised people weren't expecting TSJ to return. That was spoiled months ago.

I wish I was able to do that...

I remember it mostly because there was so much conflicting information, but there were reports of his comments at a fan event, and spec that his statement of not returning meant that he wasn't coming back to film anything else.

    • It feels like the show hired Hank Northrop first and are still deciding what to do with him lol. I don't have a judgement on the character yet, but this non-story (so far) has been happening for at least a month and he's only made 2 appearances lol.
    • I know Anita mentioned that she no longer was investing in the trust, while Leslie had stated that the interest was multiplying at a decent rate... but I do have a feeling she'll wipe through the trust in a short amount of time with the amount of spending she's doing. The show always throws in tiny nuggets of foreshadowing and having Anita's remark and Eva warning her mother not to overdo the spending tells me that Leslie will be blowing through that money eventually.
    • I honestly don't care if Laura is friends with Sonny.  She's been friends with him for decades.  The way she goes about the friendship is stupid.   She has no sense of self-preservation or awareness about the optics of parading her friendship with Sonny around town.  She practically celebrates it.  There's no reason in the world she can't just keep the friendship low key and explain they share a grandchild and frame the relationship that way.  A lot of Laura's choices, like getting into a public fight with Dalton, just make her look silly and like a fairly incompetent mayor. Carly is another PC lady that's starting to look silly.  I know she's explained her plan a lot, but it's still stupid and moving at a glacial pace.  If Joss is 45 by the time her revenge plot unfolds, what's the point?  Just dump Brennen and move on please.
    • On that same note, it's astounding to have mobster Sonny in the same office with Mayor Laura chatting it up about their mutual grandson. Think about the reaction if John Gotti and Mayor Eric Adams had a friendship

?? I guess the Logic behind Sonny & Jason acceptance is like when i saw a documentary where FBI agents said they'd rather deal with the mafia than terrorists or cartels---they're the "lesser of 3 evils". Anyway I'm about 30 years late on this convo.
    • Im confused. Does Jessica know anything about June's relation to Tyrell? At the start of the episode, it seemed like June was gonna slip that he was her son but she caught herself but later in the episode she referred to him as "my boy" and Jessica had no reaction like that wasnt a surprise to her No, Anita was putting money in the account every 6 months but we werent told how much was in it when Leslie became a beneficiary. The show has set it up that it was multiplying based off the interest so that its really worth quite alot now. I dont buy it but thats what they've told us
    • What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?
    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.
