I agree with Chris B's sentiment. I found the finale week very satisfying emotionally, with the appropiate ends being tied hitting all the right schmaltzy notes, while keeping that great "tune in tomorrow" momentum that I would have appreciated even if they weren't moving on to GH.

All in all, I think this was in many ways the best possible ending of the OLTL as we've come to know it under FV and RC.

and framing him for the shooting. Of course he will get out. No doubt about that. I only wish Blair will get a clue and dump his lying azz for the way he's played and manipulated her, not to mention make her look like a complete idiot yet again

I meant that he didn't kill Victor! Oops! laugh.png And well, Tomas...aw screw it, I got T&B in bed and I'll see them on GH. I'm happy. smile.png We agree to disagree on Tea (or as I call her, Bipolar Delgado wink.png ).

And I'm for happy for you Cheap, you got Victor back! Still kind of hoping that Allison has other people stashed somewhere though, like say, Gabrielle and Al?

And THAT we can definitely agree on smile.png.

One Life to Live is trending on Twitter in Philadelphia. How appropriate smile.png .

for those that read spoilers, did you know TSJTodd was gonna be there at the end? I know there was rumors and speculation but was it in spoilers?

I HOPE its about her announcing her move to GH

Nope this was spoiled nowhere but in the call times it was Allison and Mystery Person. The speculation came that it was TSJ but there was no solid proof anywhere until that Canadian viewer spoiled it a few hours ahead of when the U.S. show aired.

I was home sick today so I saw the last five minutes. Congrats to my fellow/sister TSJ fans and congrats to TPTB for acknowledging that Trevor St.John would've been a draw for PP.

The most disappointing thing is that they perfectly set up where the show would've gone and what actors would continue. They'd probably write Starr off with Cole and the Ford's would be gone. Jessica could be off with Brody until they find a suitable recast. And most importantly, you'd have this huge story of Victor being alive and Trevor St. John's return to lure viewers in. Could've been very exciting, but it wasn't meant to be.

Given it's SOC consider the source, but someone there said that TSJ did say at a fan club thing or something like that, he filmed a scene where he was bound & gagged but no one would believe that person when they posted it LOL

OLTL is trending on Twitter! Several OLTL alums and other daytime stars have tweeted their reactions to the show’s finale, which aired today. Here’s what they’re saying:

tell me about it. I would have been all over OLTL online edition. This is such a huge story and it sucks that we wont see it conclude as originally intended. I hope RC are able to get relevant OLTL characters to make brief appearances to properly wrap it up. Id love it if Victor, Tea, Viki, Dani and Jack all get reunions. Heck Id even go with webisodes if possible

    • It feels like the show hired Hank Northrop first and are still deciding what to do with him lol. I don't have a judgement on the character yet, but this non-story (so far) has been happening for at least a month and he's only made 2 appearances lol.
    • I know Anita mentioned that she no longer was investing in the trust, while Leslie had stated that the interest was multiplying at a decent rate... but I do have a feeling she'll wipe through the trust in a short amount of time with the amount of spending she's doing. The show always throws in tiny nuggets of foreshadowing and having Anita's remark and Eva warning her mother not to overdo the spending tells me that Leslie will be blowing through that money eventually.
    • I honestly don't care if Laura is friends with Sonny.  She's been friends with him for decades.  The way she goes about the friendship is stupid.   She has no sense of self-preservation or awareness about the optics of parading her friendship with Sonny around town.  She practically celebrates it.  There's no reason in the world she can't just keep the friendship low key and explain they share a grandchild and frame the relationship that way.  A lot of Laura's choices, like getting into a public fight with Dalton, just make her look silly and like a fairly incompetent mayor. Carly is another PC lady that's starting to look silly.  I know she's explained her plan a lot, but it's still stupid and moving at a glacial pace.  If Joss is 45 by the time her revenge plot unfolds, what's the point?  Just dump Brennen and move on please.
    • On that same note, it's astounding to have mobster Sonny in the same office with Mayor Laura chatting it up about their mutual grandson. Think about the reaction if John Gotti and Mayor Eric Adams had a friendship

?? I guess the Logic behind Sonny & Jason acceptance is like when i saw a documentary where FBI agents said they'd rather deal with the mafia than terrorists or cartels---they're the "lesser of 3 evils". Anyway I'm about 30 years late on this convo.
    • Im confused. Does Jessica know anything about June's relation to Tyrell? At the start of the episode, it seemed like June was gonna slip that he was her son but she caught herself but later in the episode she referred to him as "my boy" and Jessica had no reaction like that wasnt a surprise to her No, Anita was putting money in the account every 6 months but we werent told how much was in it when Leslie became a beneficiary. The show has set it up that it was multiplying based off the interest so that its really worth quite alot now. I dont buy it but thats what they've told us
    • What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?
    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.
