I think GL's Danny & Cassie could've had potential back in 2002

I liked them too (my hatred of NSA Michelle didn't hurt). I wish the show had tried them. But fan reaction was so ugly.

Was fan reaction that bad towards Danny & Cassie? I don't remember. Couldn't have been worse than Edmund and Cassie. Then again those nutty Manny fans use to run the CBS and P&G forums at the time. They tried to do Michelle and Bill twice, first in 2002 and then later there 2005 it some degree of success. At least St. Alban and Cosgrove had some chemistry.

Bobbie and Stefan on GH. WAY too brief, and JZ/SN has firey chemistry.

I thought NSA was one of the most asexual actresses ever on a soap. I just wanted rid of her on GL by 2002.

IA. Bobbie and Tony who? Talk about an upgrade. They made me not be as upset about she and Tony ending bc they clicked so much. Screw Laura and Katherine. Bobbie was where it was at

As I remember, the Mannyacs went ballistic as soon as word leaked they were trying out Danny and Cassie. It was getting negative letters in the mags before it even aired, and GL cut off the story.

I may be in the minority, but I liked Jake and Mia on AMC (the only role other than Steffi that I enjoyed Amelia Heinle in) and Di and Aiden on AMC. Also, I would've enjoyed seeing a Jack and Billie pairing on Days.

I believe as the rumor said, that some Mannyacs actually handed Laura Wright a voodoo doll at the GL Fan Club luncheon thing that they always had in October.

The nickname for Laura Wright when she was at GL was big bird, and the voodoo doll the particular viewer had was a yellow bird (though not the Sesame Street character). She even brought it up to PAS to sign at the luncheon. During that weekend, they had extra security on LW due to people being upset about the idea of Danny/Cassie and how she was threatened. Someone I knew went to that event, but pictures of the voodoo doll were posted online. That said I wasn't against Danny and Cassie on paper.

Can Carrie and Jonah Carver be included I know they were friends but when they were kids they were good together.

Definietely AMC's David/Erica. I think Kendall/Aidan are another one that had the potential for greatness.
