Um, so we have that ever lengthy thread on classic Y&R articles and discussion, I was wondering if we could do one for B&B? I mean the whole show is a hot mess and has been well at least since 2007/2008 and unwatchable but I'd like to think back to when I loved the show 1991ish-2006. A lot of stories liked and/or remember well have now been long forgotten like Ivana's murder and the mystery around it, Macy vs. Karen, Connor(someone mentioned him recently!) Dylan and Michael, CJ/Becky, Sly, Grant. Hell Macy was my favorite character right after Sally of course.

Yes that is true.  I think KKL had an accident riding a horse.  They worked it into the story about Brooke revealing to Ridge that she was pregnant and Ridge not being happy about it.  Brooke left the restaurant and had a car accident I believe and was missing for a bit.  When she showed up she had the black eye.

That is my recollection.

Is anybody else currently having trouble downloading videos from the Vault to their computers or is it just me?

@ltm1997as far as i know the Vault is curently under construction. I hope it will be available soon again.

Had the same thing happen too. It starts downloading but then stops for no reason. It has nothing to do with the construction on the vault as this has been going on for quite some time.

well that’s good to know that i’m not the only one experiencing problems with downloading. it’s quite frustrating.

I've always had that problem. 

Videoland currently at episode 1840. 

The vault stopped just short of: 

- Taylor’s “death” in the plane crash (ep# 1776/1777);
- Sheila bumping off Dr Jay Garvin; 
- James digging into Sheila’s background (on Stephanie’s insistence); 
- Brooke & James’ love scene (ep 1775), complete with ice cubes and moaning 😂🙈.

may be we can try another way of sharing videos while tha Vault is out. If someone has and wants to share them we can use we transfer or some other platform for a while.

Yes, the screenshot earlier was from the Videoland iPhone app. The download feature (known as ‘Download to Go’) appears only in the app, not on the desktop website. Once downloaded to mobile, the file is encrypted within the VL app. I explored my iPhone after download and couldn’t locate the file.

Some info on ‘Download to Go’ if anyone was curious - it basically allows you to watch content offline:

I just tried downloading BnB 1773 from the Vault and it worked fine.  I'm on a Macbook.  The current Vault is still active and working until further notice. The only thing that has changed is that it's not possible to upload anything.

Thanks for the details. I figured it was something like that, but just had to ask! I still wonder if it's possible to download from there with something like youtube-dlp rather than recording the screen.

They really did something right with the inital Kevin story. It's PSA material - but in a good way. Too bad, they ran out of ideas shortly later - Kevin and Keith are still around intil fall 1995 but more as recurring/day players. The move to Spectra Fashions did not give them much story unfortunately. I was also bummed that they dropped bringing on Ruthanne more...

Yep, the Vault is still working fine. The downloading issues have always been around - but only occasionally. Maybe if a lot of people are accessing or broadband issues on the dowloader's part. no idea. Google drive has the same issues.
