The sooner she's out the better. The vibe I'm getting is that there will be a lot of rotating guest hosts for awhile. Now this is my personal guess...we'll probably get two days a week of Ana as opposed to one, at least for awhile. Maybe Thursdays in addition to her usual Fridays. We'll see.

If things don't improve on the COVID front by September, which I don't think will happen, I'm sure they'll continue doing the show remotely.  I'm sure Ana would continue to be available for extra days if that happens.

Exactly. I know all the hosts are vaccinated, and presumably the crew is, too, but I'm not sure they'll want to chance it. I hope I'm wrong.

Well, Joy and Whoopie are both very vulnerable to Covid because of age and Whoopie's health issues.  Sara has been coming to the set for filming for some time now, but Sonny is very cautious about leaving the sanctuary of her home.  I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't continue the show remotely.

I see them continuing to do that if things don't improve in general. At least to start the season, they will probably stay remote.

Joy was already at the studio on Friday for their last show before summer reruns. The only ones who haven't been at the studio are whoopi and Sunny.

Yes, and Ana.

Unfortunately, Gretchen will be a shoo-in for MM's seat as a lone conservative voice. I'm surprised they're not going to try out Megyn Kelly.

I remember during the early days of Obama's presidency when Gretchen had a Church Watch on her show which counted the number of Sundays the President wasn't seen attending church services.

Condi Rice? It truly is a revival age for warmongers.

The View is and has always been right wing trash.

Gretchen Carlson......YUCK.

I still remember her when. She got her start here in Cleveland at WOIO-19 in the 1990s. I don't think any of us in this market would have guessed what her trajectory would be. 😳😳😳😳😳

In order to appeal to right wing viewers, The View has been shuffling conservative hosts in and out since Lisa Ling left.
