I never knew what to make of this suit. On one hand, it's like... duh, it's reality TV. Of course they encourage the drinking.

On the other hand, it states that she resumed drinking before she began filming the series. I get why she'd be personally salty about how she went off the rails on the show, but her sobriety wasn't Bravo's responsibility, either.

This is not Leah’s first rodeo suing people. We must remember she sued a police department and used some money from that to start her street wear company.

This lawsuit never made sense to me. She started drinking again right before filming RHONY. She has never seemed to want to take responsibility for her choices.

Bravo paid to settle this and make it go away. Cost of doing business.

This really felt like the old Nene. She seemed so much lighter and happy. Bring this Nene back ASAP.

I agree that RHOA had a great season. It's a different era of the show, but it really worked -- and the humor does carry them far. I have to read back more to see what people thought about individual

Leah sucks. It's so wild how great she was in her first season and how terrible she was in her second and since. Reminds me of Brynn's housewives journey over two seasons.

Leah sucked her first season as well. I’ve never understood people that liked her at any point.

The second season curse. It's something Housewives find hard to dodge.

NY

Back to NY...and there be intrigues...

First thing first...AT LAST...DEVYN. Worth the wait so far to me. She looked gorgeous. She immediately fit in due to her friendships with Erin/Abe and Jessel. And had a story from the moment, she said hello to everyone and her and Sai gave each other the 'I don't like her' look. A stirring of the pot by Erika (of all people) and a flashback (that also would have been a nice intro scene for Devyn, Production) and we have a new feud going on between Sai and Devyn and I'm already living for it.

Not that that was the only feud going on. Sai vs Carole because Carole is clearly still upset with what happened on the island and Sai is clue-ing in to that dislike. The slow burn Erika vs Daisy feud is giving typical Housewives feud cuz Daisy is clearly a social climbing hater that wishes she had the money that Erika has...who is not a pushover. And the main event (beside Erin trying for a moment with her kids and Abe) was Sai vs Daisy. People seem pretty split online but I would feel a way to if a game of Telephone (after one on the cast trip done by Erin) had gotten back to me, too. NOT to my face at that. That fight over sushi of all things went left quickly and turned into a mess. TeamSai btw because I would trust my friend to have my back over trying to help a new friend they barely know paint a false narrative of me. Though yes, they both dropped truth bombs, but Daisy is the one who came across oh so fake. That said...the feud over a real friendship IS giving though. And Devyn watching Sai vs Daisy was a ki.

DAISY. YOU BITCA. IF it is not an apology plant, WHY THE FRAK DID YOU SEND ONE TO ERIKA? But I can't say that Daisy isn't working. Her feud with Erika is giving full slow burn and I like that. She is aligning with Carole and Erin quickly which allows Carole to fit in more. And she is clearly also wanting to start with Hailey over her finances, too. It's the fact she is willing to be two-faced about her friendship with Sai that I am not liking. And the case of Telephone and her wanting to know who at Abe's birthday party. It's not about who, it's about the fact you said it. Not a very good look. And that she would get in the middle of Carole vs Sai when she didn't have to. Someone she barely knows vs someone she has known for years. Yeeeah that's my issue.

JESSEL. Lord...this girl...LOL. Sai and Daisy are arguing in every room in Erin's house, and here comes Jessel with her two hour late self to critique how broke-looking Erin's house is. HILARIOUS!!!! And I liked she brought up the gay rumors to Pavit who basically shrugged it off. I also loved Devyn put her on the spot when Sai vs Devyn started, being sure she said what she said verbatim. Smart, Devyn.

HAILEY. Spent the whole episode sick in bed and still stirred the pot. I can't hate her for that. Because we would not have gotten Sai vs Daisy at the end without her telling Sai what Carole said that Daisy said. Well-done.

SAI. Last season, I said that I didn't like Erin, but I cannot deny that she does show the good, the bad, and the ugly in her life. They are making Sai work this season. I can't believe David got her served with those divorce papers. But for everything I can relate to with her (the divorce, Daisy and her ki-ki-ing, her straight-forwardness), she will still do something I don't like. In this case, her vibe with Devyn. I love both so I'm sorry there's an issue there. I do look forward to seeing them move past it. Sai and Jessel did not like each other at all once upon a time. And that unreasonable side to her is making her ripe for Carole to slowly cause issues between Sai and the group. The funny thing is...the more they all make her fight, the more relevant they are making Sai. Look at her. Sai vs Erin. Sai vs Carole. Sai vs Daisy. Sai vs Devyn. And except for the last one, Sai is the one in the right though the Sai vs Daisy one is more complicated. And as Sai is making clear, she's not stupid. Because once she realized...from observing and people finally hinting...that Carole don't like her, but Carole IS saying it to everyone BUT her, she is realizing her questions with Carole on the island is becoming a bigger issue. Personally, I can't wait for the reunion...which btw Andy is asking questions for it as I type.

ERIKA. Her feud with Daisy is IT. The kind of wacky Housewives feud that really isn't that serious and full of some good shade. Daisy is really just making Erika more relevant by her clear jealousy. And 'Apology Plant' being another step in their feud was just good silly. I didn't like Daisy being so rude and bougie to Erika's face, but she held her own. Daisy keeps bringing it up so clearly she's bothered. And then to see Erika stir a bit of the pot between Sai and Devyn shows again she has a bit of messy to her.

CAROLE. Hm. I feel she's trying to paint a false narrative on Sai. And that I don't like. It just shows she's much more bothered about the Einstein Files than she should be. It's giving where's there's smoke. Knowing Sai's friendship with Daisy is fragile, Carole stirred the pot. And her whole scene at her house with Daisy was just smh. And then her popping attitude at Sai who wanted to clear up what was going on wasn't good either. Okay, I can relate to her and Devyn bonding over their dislike of Sai though.

ERIN. I will give her thanks for Abe's birthday party. You know it's going to be good mess when they get to the party 27 minutes into the episode. And it didn't disappoint. But the thing with her, Abe, and her kids was smh. She just had to be sooo extra. On Abe's birthday, too? She must be bothered by Abe looking buff in that shirt in a room of gays or something. shrugs Meanwhile, the drama over the flooded house continued, showing a bit of real life for her.

Great episode.

RHOSLC: I haven't seen last night's show, but I'm going against the grain here. I thought Meredith and Lisa's song/dance at Bronwyn's event was pretty lame and pathetic. They spent "hours" rehearing a song that is literally 4 words on repeat? Then their so-called dance looked about as coordinated as a 2-year-old Christmas pageant. Was Bronwyn's reaction a little dramatic? Yeah, but overall, the 2 "mean girls" looked dumb.

I know Andy loves her and her twink son, but honestly I'm ready for Meredith to be put on pause. In the last two seasons, she's adopted that obnoxious Erika Jayne "too cool for school" attitude and I'm not digging it. She doesn't apologize for anything, takes no accountability, and creates an odd dynamic whenever she enters a room. She and Lisa have iced themselves out of the group, but I would guess we'd sooner see Lisa putting her tail between her legs and trying to make nice-nice next season if her buddy were booted. Yeah, Lisa would still be Lisa, but she'd play the game to stay on the show. Meredith can go.

I'm already over the new friend-of, Ashley Quai. Heffa can't keep her stories straight right out of the gate, and already turned on the friend who brought her on the show. Idiot. I hope she gets read for filth as the season progresses. I wanted to like her on her first day, but now I'm just ready to see everyone turn on her.

Hey! Late to your post but wanted to respond. I just watched the most recent SLC episode, and this is my virulent anti-Heather bias talking, but I can't with the Heather-Whitney-Bronwyn-Angie-Brittani nexus. From where I'm sitting, Whitney cannot give it a rest and both Meredith and Lisa live rent free in her head. Same with Bronwyn. Same with Heather. Angie is just doing whatever to stay relevant. Heather also has her minion Angie going after Bronwyn now -- Bronwyn is meant to be Heather's new BFF! But I guess Heather didn't want to miss an opportunity to go after the marriage. Meanwhile, the dumbest heat-seeking missile on the planet, Brittani, is pivoted towards Meredith and Mary (of all people). I love how Mary has zero time for either that bimbo or Whitney.

You have highlighted Meredith as the weak link and indeed, last season there were rumors that she would be demoted to FOH. I guess Quai was not working out, so Meredith has remained. However, Bad Weather can smell blood in the water and want her out. Once gone, Lisa will be islanded, but I think she will land on her feet. I love how she handles all these fools coming for her.

IA about Quai who has torpedoed real relationships right out of the gate for a spot on this show. Rookie mistake.

I kind of love this show. I think it's because in terms of machinations, the HWs show their hand very quickly, because nobody can keep a secret to save their lives. It's pure comedy how these women think they are playing chess. Whitney, Heather, Angie, I'm looking at you. Angie must be one of the more inept RHs around.

This show will have ELEVEN women. Thats too damn much. I really think 9 should be the max including the Friends

11 is totally unnecessary and a sign the Bravo is panicking about its "flagship" franchise (even though BH is the most forgettable of all the RH shows). They are throwing a LOT of mostly FOHs into the mix. Rachel Zoe, Leah Remini, Kathy, Kyle and Jennifer Tilly are able to dictate the terms of their casting, i.e.: what they can or cannot show. (The others cannot dictate a thing because they need the paycheck/attention).

Honestly, looking at all those faces, I would cut Boz (Yes, I know that's cruel, yes, I know they won't, she's getting married for the show), Sutton, Denise and whoever that blonde, face-lifted lady next to Leah Remini is. It was a toss-up between cutting Boz or Erika honestly.

I'm not sure I would have let Amanda go. I think she needed another season to settle.

I'm actually VERY excited about this season. Tracy Tutor should be amazing TV. She was a ballbuster on Million Dollar Listing and is very successful and interesting to watch IMO. Leah should be great too, assuming these ladies don't cower, and allow themselves to be who they really are.

I think with BH - the friends don't get used as much as other shows. We can go several episodes without seeing Kathy or Tilly, and I'm assuming that might be the case again this year, along with Denise. I know Denise goes on the trip, but I just have a feeling these ladies and their names are used to keep people excited, when they're really just used for a good scene/GIF/reaction shot. They don't typically get into the real drama of it all.

And then Tracy/Leah and I think some of the other housewives didn't go to Boz's wedding, so I'm guessing either they'll show just a few scenes of it in the premiere and move on, or they won't introduce Tracy/Leah until episodes 2-3.

New York:

Color me shocked that Ericka finally had an individual scene as we're hitting the midway part of the season.  She's always been either in 1:1 scenes or group scenes.. but not really shown in her own day to day life.

I'm intrigued with Daisy's dynamic with her sister, plus her dynamic with hubby and son.  I guess she's a buttinski as much with her sister as with Sai so I guess she's consistent.

I had heard rumors that a lot of Haley's individual content was scaled back, and seeing that she's hardly been featured in the last two episodes.. I'm starting to think that might be true.

Erin's individual segment provided her with more layers.  Even villainesses like Erin have human traits and it's good to see.

Jessel has some family and cultural things she needs to work through.  I loved that Jessel's British side came out when talking of Prince Charles/Princess Di/Carmilla LOL

The Parallel parking scene was relatable :)

thats not true. Shes had individual scenes before. Her first scene with Ankur was when they had that cooking date at their house when she first talked about her surrogacy journey

Angie is DONE! What she said to Mary was so foul and disgusting. Brittani's words last week were misinterpreted but Angie clearly said WTF she said and the other women were mortified. You cant come back for this. Before the season, there was a rumor that they fell out and I was hoping it was untrue but seeing this, I can see why Angie is dead to Mary.. All she needed to do was STFU but she was looking for a moment and doing the absolute most instead of falling back. She is a weirdo with the way shes moving this season and hopefully its her last
