I enjoyed the Stephanie-Brandi friendship and that Resting Bitch Face who was married to the plastic surgeon, but the farting/poo talk was too much. Also, Leanne Locken and her BFF were trying to do the most and it fell flat. Leanne just looked crazy. I am on the fence as to whether the show should have been given a second season because I fear it will give LeAnn a long leash to indulge in her worst impulses.

I tried to like Potamac, I really did but the charity/etiquette stuff...

All these women's charitable foundations, and I'm not 100% sure where the money goes either.

With crown jewels ATL and BH looking a little lacklustre these days, I'm wondering whether Bravo should revive Miami tbh. I am currently rewatching Season 2 and it was on FIRE. I know it's been a few years now and lots of things have happened (Alexia and Herman have divorced, for example; Lisa and Lenny finally had a baby by surrogate) but I would still be interested in checking in with those two, as well as Lea, Adriana and possibly the thirstiest of the thirsty, Marysol. Throw in Lauren Foster and Ana as FOH and maybe a Cuban newbie (no, I don't want the unlikeable Joanna Krupka back), and it might be more exciting than a show like Dallas.

I feel like Miami needs to just stay dead. Honestly, they dropped the ball not trying to make Melbourne happen. It's first two seasons it got decent ratings without promo, can you imagine how well it could've done with promo and WWHL appearances? Plus it's cheap since it's already made. Right now I'd prefer they focus on featuring the international versions instead of launching a new one. If they came up with an interesting city and cast then go for it, but I wouldn't be looking just yet.

Now my fantasy of a scene of Lydia's mother and shannon can come true.  I do think her mother will need an extra batch of fairy dust with the toxic nature of the other women lol

It pains me to say this because I am such a huge LVP fan but man does she need to hire a stylist! Her makeup is way too harsh and the hair is way too big. Add in the odd clothing choices, too much fillers and she looks borderline drag queen/clownish. Her new talking head look doesn't help during the rest of the season preview. It just makes her look older.

I agree, in part. LVP needs to CUT HER HAIR and take out any extensions (not sure if she has them). I'm not saying it needs to be drastically cut, but it needs to be lightened up in volume. Her makeup is heavy and she simply doesn't need it - she is a beautiful woman.

Her clothing choices are all over the place. When LVP is dressed in a plain white shirt she looks drop dead beautiful. In her suits she looks great. Some of her gowns are wonderful. But then she will wear a really dolly dress style schmata and I just scream "Nooooooooo!" Recall how regal she looked in Dubai with her hair up and in that caftan? LVP has such potential.

I want her to not do any more filler for a year, just to see how things go. She still looks good, but I think she looked better and more natural in season 1.

I watched season 1 of RHOBH and LVP looked so much better.  I know it was 6 or 7 years ago...but her make up was less severe, she wore more shirts with ieans, and her hair wasnt so bumpit like.

    • I did not care, just clarifying that was the discussion point. If there are ice cream bars in Statesville I am sure there is a full spa
    • Seeing Peter Bergman (Jack) and Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) act opposite each other really makes me mad that their short-lived reunion in 2012 was just that... short-lived. I've always loved the Jack/Nikki pairing.
    • No.  I recall there was also a mention about how distracting it was EOB's Gwen wasn't wearing nail polish as well.  That it was someone's pet peeve. And, yes, the fact characters can have a manicure in prison is the wildest continuity issue here.
    • Can anyone remember Mary Ellen Stuart's run as Jenny? I'm trying to fill in the cracks for missing stuff that we overlooked.  Bulletpoints:  * Dated Ross * Rusty's police partner * Directly responsible for Dinah coming forward about George Stewart (Cam's father)
    • But that's not weird... nail polish is allowed in prisons via commissary. Same with general makeup, haircuts, and hair colouring products.
    • This is DAYS, the show that said you could brainwash anyone with simple kitchen appliances.  An actor's nail polish or lack thereof should be the least of our concerns, lol.
    • It was not that she wasn't wearing nail polish, it is that she managed to get a manicure in prison
    • "We're Knot Done Yet": the name of this lovely podcast AND what JVA tells her plastic surgeon at every appointment. In other news, Michele Lee is reminding me more and more of my old music teacher from elementary school, and I couldn't STAND that bitch.
    • I apologize if this has been covered already, but does anyone know whether Douglas Marland was HW'ing by that point?  If he was, then I see what he meant when he said (in so many words) that he had inherited a mess when he started at GH.  Aside from Alan and Monica, none of that material seems very promising.  The story with Mark Dante and the Corbins is the wrong kind of predictable (y'know, the kind where you know what's going to happen, but you just don't give a crap?), the stuff with Scotty and Laura is cute but toothless, I don't know WHAT the hell Gina and Steve Carlson's character are arguing about and Rick Webber has to be the dumbest man alive not to see David Hamilton twirling his invisible moustache over how to make a killing off Lamont Corbin's declining health.  (By the way, "LAMONT CORBIN"?  What is this, "The Shadow"?  And "Corbin Limited" sounds like some jive I'd hear over on Y&R.) In a way, it's kind of like watching today's GH, right down to the dialogue that's serviceable and pushes plot along but says nothing about the characters' inner lives.
    • It absolutely was; the narrative was there, and they followed it promptly. Maybe that's back when women had babies at young ages?!?!?
