April 8, 200917 yr Member And that wasn't a Walker, Texas Ranger reference! I hated that show so much...
April 8, 200917 yr Member But truly, there IS a choice. Y&R makes me choose "yes" every single day. Indeed, I can say right now it is a more willing, conscious choice (as in "I can't wait to get home to SEE this sh*t") than it has been since I was a wee lad (well, in my twenties). SERIOUSLY. ICAM! I am the same way anymore. Ever since November, I've been glued to Y&R again for the first time in years. Not to mention it is the only soap I have any consistent interest to follow. It's like I CANNOT miss a day of Y&R. I have to watch it!
April 8, 200917 yr Member I'm actually really enjoying the Winters family drama..And Nia Peeples is doing great, especially when she realized there was more.

April 8, 200917 yr Member The Baldwins need to die. All of them. Painfully. Kevin. Jana. Gloria. Michael. Eden. The five of them MUST be extracted from this show, IMHO. Along with Cane leaving and them bringing in more minorities would out Y&R 10 notches above where it currently is, IMHO.
April 8, 200917 yr Member Feel free to throw in Jeffrey in there... Personally, I'm not bothered by them, but I just really do not care about single one of them. More than just a kiss between Niel and Tyra. Aaah. Right. I agree.
April 8, 200917 yr Member I'm not a Jeffrey fan, but Shackleford is doing GREAT in these scenes with LeBlanc and Rikaart.
April 8, 200917 yr Member True, the acting isn't the problem. Jeff is just done. Gloria too. Anything beyond this will be even more torture.

April 8, 200917 yr Member they are all played by great actors. the characters have run the course and outlived their welcome, IMHO. Yes; and they're all criminals. Like, seriously, all of them. Who can come up with that many excuses for their behavior? And why hang around them when they only bring trouble?
April 8, 200917 yr Member Yes; and they're all criminals. Like, seriously, all of them. Who can come up with that many excuses for their behavior? And why hang around them when they only bring trouble? and they are not grey or complex or anything like that. the trouble they bring is bad trouble, annoying trouble. not great dramatic trouble. this latest kevin storyline was an obs attempt to take the character back to his roots, but it failed IMHO. GR was fantastic. The writing was even good. But kevin.. UGH. Its done, let him go.
