NAACP Sues North Carolina Over ‘Purges’ of Thousands of Black Voters HRC could still win without Florida or Ohio or N. Carolina. CBS This Morning just said that the African American vote is now tracking 'where it needs to be' in North Carolina (despite obvious voter suppression tactics). Numbers of Latino and college educated women voting early are up. And don't underestimate this group, who are more diverse than people may know.
