3 irrelevants. I don't mind Gemma as she brings comedy to the show, but Chez and Fiz are dreadful. Especially, Fiz with her constant shrieking. The one thing I can commend Kate Oates for is cutting the amount of airtime Fiz has gotten. I still hate how they've strapped poor Tyrone down to that banshee. 

Glad the show opted to not kill Nick. This show does not need to kill off another legacy character any time soon.

I'm relieved Corrie didn't kill Nick. I always felt Ben Price looked too old to play Nick. Nick's only 36 but looks way older. Hopefully Corrie will cast an age appropriated actor next time.

I did not realize that the same guy that played Connor on Emmerdale, is now Daniel. IMO Emmerdale missed out on keeping him.

Actor Roy Barraclough, who played Alec Gilroy, has passed away, aged 81.

They did, although he hasn't worked on Corrie.

Made a mistake the very top of the article had today's date.

If Billy was so well aware that Drew's mother was a religious nutjob why wouldn't he have discussed a will/legal processes with Drew about getting to take care of Summer? He must have had a clue that she could possibly swoop in and take Summer away. 

Debbie Rush (Anna Windass) is out after nine years. 

 

I didn't hate Anna as much as others, but she did annoy me being a shrew at times. I did enjoy her relationship with Kevin at times. I wish her nothing but the best; however, I hope this doesn't affect Gary though.

Her relationship with Faye made my skin crawl, especially when she went to her school to berate her and verbally abuse her in front of her friends.

Now she can take Faye with her. I'd be all for that. Take Izzy too. I never cared for either of those characters. 

 

Tim doesn't need Faye as he's well threaded into Sally's orbit. Also, it looks like Gary is about to be threaded into Sarah's orbit, so Izzy is not needed.
