Grats, Steph!

Tomorrow begins week three of my 'work yourself back into a full work out regimen'

Week one consisted of just push-ups and sit-ups, crunches, squats, a few variations thereof.

Week two added some handweight work, and an additonal variation of ab work.

Week three will another ab variation, as well as the barbell.

Basically, I've been so sick and tired of slacking that I figure working my way into it will keep me at it. And as of tomorrow I'll be 3 weeks strong.

Not to mention a good friend of mine had to ask me if I'd been working out. We went out to a club and danced up a storm with his boo and another good friend. It was a good time and the attention to my developing physique was definitely nice. I just need to keep going!
