November 30, 200619 yr Member For the past nine months, Miguel has been completely out of place on the show. First with Siren, and with his "wuv" for Kay. But now that Charity's back, everyone is right again. Adrian and Kristina have good chemistry as Charity and Miguel. I'm so excited that they've made love, so she'll get her full powers of goodness. By reuniting Charity and Miguel, Passions is going back to its classic roots. And Miguel finally has a purpose again!
November 30, 200619 yr Member The problem I have with it is that we know (unless by some miracle Kristina Sisco is convinced to stay) Charity & Miguel's reunion won't last, so it all seems so pointless, and it doesn't help that I lost interest in the Fox/Kay/Miguel storyline a looong time ago. As for Miguel, he's seemed like a completely different character since Adrian Bellani's been playing him, and I definitely DON'T mean that in a good way.
November 30, 200619 yr Author Member Kristina's stint has already been expanded, though. Most likely she'll be here for a while. And I kind of agree about Miguel, but it makes sense for him to want Kay when he can't get Charity.
November 30, 200619 yr Member My problem, I guess, with Charguel making love is that this would be their FIRST time, and what, no discussion about the big No. 1? Just a CHEAP, TRASHY (and hence, un-Charguel) TRAIL of clothes from Tabitha's living room, that goes OUTSIDE and into some garage? No, NO, NO. I just don't see charguel acting so shameless. Granted, Miguel turned into a HUGE slut when he came back (ick--made NO sense whatsoever), but Charity didn't. She's supposed to be 100 percent pure. this would NOT happen for her. She would NOT have to do with that trashy, tacky trail of clothes. TRAMP!!!

None of the characters in this story are acting in character, and I think that's its main problem (among others).
November 30, 200619 yr Member I'm sorry but Sisco sucks as Charity. I actually take back what I said. I'd prefer Molly Stanton back and original Miguel. They weren't the best actors but atleast I could tolerate them. MS was actually pretty good during the wedding stuff with Miguel. That was her best work.
November 30, 200619 yr Member IA. I like Sisco, but I never thought she was right for Charity in the first place.
November 30, 200619 yr Member Yep, I like Sisco too, but it just seems that she could care less to be there. Some days I wish I could just take over PSNS. There is SO much untapped potential it's ridiculous. A complete overhaul on the cast, the ones that suck see the door. I just don't get that idiotic man in charge anymore.
November 30, 200619 yr Member I miss the days of Dana Wright's Jessica scheming against Charguel. I always disliked Kay, but DW made me feel for Kay. Fun fact.... McKenzie Westmore, who plays Sheridan Crane, is less than one year younger than Emily Harper, who plays her niece, Fancy.

November 30, 200619 yr Member I figured she would Rick. Sisco is good but is miscast as Charity. JER destroyed Miguel and now is destroying Charity too. it's not zombie Charity Rion and can you think of anything else but supernatural occurences to explain away all the character destruction that is going on? Dru is right-this show has great potential if it taps into it's history, has good solid stories, cuts it's losses on the bad actors, and actually gives the fans payoffs while also staying true to character. None of that is happening and the show is on it's last legs unless something is done FAST.
November 30, 200619 yr Member JER has destroyed most of his characters. Theresa's honestly about the only one who's never changed. Glad Sisco signed a contract. She's a good actress, but I'm starting to agree she is miscast as Charity, or maybe it's just because Charity is being written differently, IMO. I actually miss Molly Stanton and Jesse Metcalfe as Miguel and Charity and by 2004 I was so happy to see them go. Go figure. Any word on if Dana Sparks is sticking around longer?
November 30, 200619 yr Member In the new SOD/SOW It was reported that Sisco has signed a contract YES, YES, YES!!! I did NOT see this coming! Hopefully, as much as I hate network interference, NBC FORCED JER to get back to the show's roots and resolve the good vs. evil battle. That MUST happen if Marity make love, right? After all, it will be the WORST rewrite if that girl doesn't come into her full powers. After this trashy, unCharguel romp, we BETTER get something good out of it.
