Members Khan
If I were Les Moonves, I'd just cancel the show altogether. As AMS said, eight seasons is a good, long run for any sitcom.
Members dragonflies
Yep they should cancel it, I don't want anyone who replaces him to be continually compared to him or his character I would think any boss would have the right to fire someone, especially if they're slandering their bosses. Members DRW50
I think CBS should try one more season, as they probably don't have a lot else (most of their new sitcoms have been timeslot hits at best, and that timeslot will now be taking a big hit if the show goes anyway) and the actors deserve a chance to prove themselves without Sheen. Members Juliajms
Now THIS is funny. I feel for the suit on the other side of this phone call. He sounds so painfully resigned to the crazy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvrUinVe2B8

Members wingwalker
My guess is, the's show's done & they won't continue with out Charlie. Chuck Lorre in the past said he didn't want to do the show without Charlie & even if all this never happened, it was an older show & next season was likely going to be it's last anyways, CBS isn't NBC (which really has no choice but to continue The Office post Steve Carell), CBS doesn't have to desperatly keep the show on, they have other hits that can move into that slot & probably has some good comedies in the pipeline. Lorre can always create another show for CBS (and I suspect he will).
Members alphanguy74
You all think the show is going to end here?? I doubt it. Season 9 of Two and a half men will be patterned exactly after this: Please register in order to view this content
Members JackPeyton
^I have never seen those episodes. Anytime i have watched the show in reruns they never seem to show those episodes.
Members DRW50
I'm not sure if CBS can be that choosy. They have few other big sitcom hits and struggle to create new sitcoms that find a major audience (by CBS standards). If they can find a way to keep most of the viewers then they might rework the show. Penny Marshall's awkward and embarrassed prolonged facial expression in that credits sequence (when she's smelling the flower) says it all. Members MontyB
I agree, but there are people the will argue that his bad behavior has nothing to do with the TV show.
Members JackPeyton
considering normal, every day people act like this and worse.... yeah, i dont think the tv show should get the blame.
