How did you guys feel about Devon with Mark Dalton? I believe so. Brooke needed a storyline that played on her history at that time. I could have seen Brooke fall for him now that she has grown up.

Being a born and raised Chicagoan myself, it warms my heart. I have enjoyed this podcast, it is very nicely done. The episodes are not too long or too short, just right. I know fans have been asking for more relatives from some of the non-Duprees, but I would love for MVJ to pull from her own life and showcase how life is for someone who loses their parents early in life. Regardless of how I feel about Jamey, I agree with what he said about other races viewing black productions. I felt that way my whole life.

Correct. I got a few non-watches into it as well. They didn't inform me of dropping it, but the updates slowed down until a week after the reveal. So I am sure it excited them.

@Liberty City , I agree, most of the cast came to play today. Leslie and Ted had me cackling in that hotel room, but Doug had the line of the episode. "Not a damn thang"! I can't decide which punishment would be best for Leslie. Jail or the nuthouse.

When you think about it, someone who stayed on for as long as Devon must have some fans out there. She also had an alcohol issue. I saw a host of episodes with her and Cliff on YouTube. I wanna say that’s who Cliff was entertaining while Nina had the affair with Steve. Do you believe she lasted so long because Brooke left and they kept recasting Nina?
