The Duprees opened the door for Leslie and the proceeded to believe all the obvious antagonistic lies she was telling them. They let her play them when they could have easily avoided it. Ted is in a really bad place, so he can eventually come back from sleeping with Leslie. If he actually sleeps with her. He may end up passing out before performing and then she misleads him into believing something happened.

I think Leslie will just say something happened. Ted will pass out drunk and she'll get into bed with him like they did something. But he has looked at her with thirst before so he might actually sleep with her.

Debbi Morgan (Angie, AMC) is playing such a ratchet character on Tyler Perry's Beauty and Black on Netflix. It is absolutely hilarious and a mess, but she is good at it.

He would have had an attitude if Dani was with a man her own age or older. He likes her pining over him.

Bill had no business trying to feel some type of way about Andre and Dani. The scene with Kat playing authority figure with Samantha was thrown off by the fact that the actress playing Samantha is too mature for the part.

Doug should forget about Vanessa because she is so disrespectful to him. And for some old dried up criminal of a man at that. But I think Doug is going to try and kill Joey but die in the process. Hayley's plan is bound to backfire. She is putting herself in Kat's orbit and Kat is not going to have anyone coming for bland, unseasoned Tomas. And Bill is not going to stand for even a hint of Hayley cheating with Tomas.

Knowing Bell he'll probably focus on Taylor and Brooke fighting over who is Jack's mother even though he's grown up. If there is one thing he loves, it's a back and forth between Taylor and Brooke.

It's not equal footing but I think Smitty has less moral high ground. You don't use somebody for sex especially not your spouse. The anger should apply to all aspects of the relationship. With that said, Martin made a terrible error in judgment, but Smitty is just being selfish and spiteful.

I knew some of you all were going to get excited over that scene.

Ted did make a fool of himself, but the Duprees deserved that read he gave them. Smitty is a raggedy hoe for what he did. He wasn't talking about "it's going to take time" when he was ready for Martin to scratch that itch. Ashley is nobody to fake a malady over, but Derek is probably going to do something dumb like that. Allison is genuinely crazy. When she called Naomi her sister-in-law I was cracking up.

Allison is definitely written realistically. There are insane fans that behave just like this. When Leslie threatened Vanessa with a racial discrimination suit I laughed out loud. I was glad that Vanessa didn't respond with "I can't be racist my husband is black" and I think the writers were smart enough not to do that. Ted made a fool of himself desperately seeking a cookie for his scheme against Leslie. Your wife's niece was kidnapped and you are all "look at me!!!". It was very selfish and inconsiderate.

BTG has a number of viewers that don't view the other CBS soaps, though. Cross promotion can definitely work both ways. I'm not saying it's necessarily being done to help B&B just that the same argument could be made in reverse (B&B needs help in ways that cross promotion won't help anyway).

A crossover with B&B hardly speaks of desperation. Nothing against Thorsten Kaye, but he's not even one of the MVPs for B&B itself so he'd hardly be a draw. If anything CBS is trying to draw BTG viewers to the other soaps since it is developing a following independent of Y&R and B&B.

Kind of hard to take a critique serious when the writer is has not watched enough of the show before writing.

It will be interesting to see if Eva asking Ted to stop Leslie from buying that house. Eva did say that she had never seen her like that so I can understand her feeling sympathy. Plus, I think Ted's little stunt will make Leslie even worse. He had no business even implying that he had any interest in her. Hayley was asking for too much. I was surprised when she tried to follow Bill and Dani to see Chelsea.

Staff must have someone doing the rounds online to see what viewers are saying. An actor stating an episode order is usual to say the least, but clearly production wants to give viewers some assurances about future breaks being limited.

For decades we have had to accept three to four months summer break in prime time for shows to come back plus a winter break now. A week is not hard for me.

That would be entertaining.

Character development is still the goal which is why there has been a lot of story line so far. Most of the characters have been defined and we know their motivation plus traits. If we are going to mention Passions it's important to remember that one of it's issues was long, drawn out story lines with movement at the rate of about every few weeks.

Forgot to mention that "tall tree looking ass" was the line of the episode for me.

Ted's plan or whatever it is was stupid. Conning Leslie is only going to make her be more vengeful (if that's possible). And of course she was going to run over to the house to taunt Nicole. Dumb, dumb Ted.

Looking at the details it is clear that this is a better deal if it reaches more viewers across Canada as opposed to just one area. The CHCH deal might have been a quick arrangement to get the show on the air in Canada early on by whatever means were possible.
