Jacob might end up getting in trouble because of Kat's machinations. Kat is most certainly going to do something else stupid and try to get Leslie's DNA illegally. And despite the helmet and gloves belonging to Leslie she can still truthfully say those items were planted.

I'm really sure now that Leslie is going to skate on the charges now that Kat stupidly broke in and planted the evidence. At this point Jacob probably won't even being able to tie that helmet and gloves back to Leslie because it's been moved around too much.

Martin and Smitty were designed to avoid the stereotype of gay men sleeping around (which to an extent is true). If you recall Martin had a line about them not being open when Chelsea came to talk to him. The producers are walking a very fine line right now and it might not be popular to say but I can understand it. Establishing enough footing to ward off complaints will let them showcase gay characters more openly later.

The casino scenes came out of nowhere in comparison to the rest of the week, but at least there was some movement in the storyline. Joey has really made a fool of Vanessa. Chelsea is really embarrassing herself with this doctor. The desperation is so obvious and she clearly gets that from Dani. Hayley was giving Donna Logan vibes because that is how Donna acted when Eric had a heart attack. Stealing potential evidence is not going to reflect well on Kat and might throw the case against Leslie. Tomas had no business in Eva's hotel room even if he did shut down her advances. But I think they still might end up together at some point because the book that Eva gave him is the same one Kat called basic which seemed like foreshadowing.

Judging from her breaking down at the end I think Anita is still feeling guilt, but she just wasn't there for the other two seemingly not taking their share of the guilt and she definitely was angry at Sharon's attitude. I didn't see any chemistry between NuTed and Nicole either. It was like Ted was a whole new character. The only interaction that I prefer him is with Andre because he seems to play better off Freeman than Johnson did. I don't mind his interactions with Eva either, but that's because he is playing Ted from the point of just establishing his relationship with Eva and Ambyr Michelle's energy works with Johnson and Robinson.

This is a guess, but Kat is going to mess around and help get Leslie off on a technicality. She is too determined to go around the law. Sharon is so entertaining. The way she acted like Anita was about to trip her down or something at the end was hilarious. The silence from Tracy and Sharon when Anita called them out for not backing Barbara out was telling. They can't defend themselves because they were just as hungry for success as Anita was.

Leslie is not being a very good criminal. All this asking questions of everybody is only making her look more obvious. The problem for Hayley is that she has failed to actually connect with Bill on anything other than going to bed or him buying her things. She acts like she is still the mistress and not the wife. It's fine that Vernon supports his wife, but he was making too many excuses for her and she was right to tell him to knock it off.

To Diana's credit she provided money for a trust for Ballard's children even if she did show up being flashy at the funeral.

Bill is about to fall out, lol. Why would Hayley even feel like she had to prove that she was pregnant to Dani? Maybe she likes this non-stop roundabout of drama or perhaps she's triggered because Dani actually was on to something. Anita really was an opportunist and now it's caught up to her.

Trying on the jacket was really dumb. Kat screwed up. Whatever Anita did has to have been really terrible because she looked scared when Sharon brought it up. And Sharon mentioned Vernon twice during the conversation so it's got to be something that he'd be disappointed about.

Cady is using what sounds like a transatlantic accent which is so odd these days. Sharon's hostility is entertaining already. That look she gave Anita when she opened the door was pure attitude.

It seems like it was tested with all the concern she showed him. Obviously Dani would create a lot more conflict because her sister is Vanessa's best friend, but on the other hand Vanessa could pull the socio-economic class card on Shanice which would make for good conflict.

Dani and Doug interacted for the first time I believe. Could that be indicator that they will hookup? As wacky and drama filled as Dani is I think she'd have a lot more respect for Doug than Vanessa does and Vanessa really needs a dose of her own medicine.

Dani's wishful thinking might end up being right. Something seems off about Hayley claiming she's pregnant (again) and Bill's health issues might reveal that he's sterile. Leslie becomes crazy every time it seems she can't get more insane. NuTed treats her as an annoyance where as the old one loathed her and that's a noticeable difference.

Dani going to Bill's house is karma for how he messes with Martin. It is totally separate, but I can't feel sorry for Bill when he's constantly antagonizing a family he says he wants nothing to do with.

This is Hayley's second mention of pregnancy in about as many months and it seems like she is trying to get pregnant to fully secure Bill. Her little weak read toward Chelsea was so off the mark because neither Chelsea or Naomi want Dani back with BIll, especially after the revelations of how he threatened Leslie. Anita and Tracy's talk ended up being productive after all. It seemed like she was just going to be Tracy out, but the idea of Tracy being the middle man to talk to Sharon is a great move. The constant mention of Dante Green makes me think he will show up at some point (Clifton Powell, Nathan Purdee, Darnell Williams are my list of preferred picks).

Of course it's just a rumor so it shouldn't be taken that seriously and when there really is an issue usually an actor will just turn the role down or leave (like the first Adam Newman on Y&R). If anything I think the producers might be keeping the kissing down to avoid issues with more conservative viewers. When it comes down to it Facebook pages are full of ignorant people who speculate about everything.

Sure, but when it comes to playing gay roles a lot of straight men become terrified that people will actually think they are gay if they do a kissing scene.
