Saved By the Bell
Aw, sad but fitting that the all-star jock is teaching highschool football so he can recall his glory days over and over.

Agreed. Let's hope Kamala's the VP. I'd say it's a 33% chance, with Elizabeth Warren or another person we don't expect being the other 2/3rds.

"The Conners" Discussion Thread
Glad to hear. Even now, 3 seasons later, I sometimes have to take a moment when I'm watching to think - wow, we're really back in Lanford in the Conner home, after 25 years away. I love that this show is a success even as a Hogan Family-like reboot.

The Politics Thread
I was not expecting that so soon. But thank goodness. We need the time to unite the party as best as we possibly can under these circumstances and to break down the idea of "Bernie or Bust." We've seen bust. We're stuck with Kavanaugh. RBG won't last another 5 years. P.S. I'm a Wisconsinite now (missing Chicago every day, but) and at my polling place yesterday evening, the place was empty. In & out in 10 minutes. All the workers wore masks and gloves and all computer screens, voting booths, and pens were wiped & sanitized after each and every person. I personally felt safe, but obviously that's not the case everywhere. I'm in Madison, not Milwaukee, and not directly downtown so that's why my polling place was so empty.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Welcome back RHONY! What a fresh, fun welcome return of the Big Apple. They addressed the Bethenny situation in the first couple minutes and then moved onward and upward. Leah seems to be a cool chick; we'll see how it turns out as other newbies (especially on BH and OC) can sometimes fizzle into a dud. But she shows good promise. I loved LuAnn getting excited about the drag queen's performance and everyone joyously started dancing to Feelin' Jovani. Loving Dorinda's hair. She definitely needed something more dynamic and edgy and this fits her well. Going after Tinsley hardcore? lol Yeah, it was too much too soon, but that's Dorinda for ya. Sorry if I tend to excuse some people's poor behavior (Dorinda, Ramona, etc.) because I like them overall, but she's just funny to me. It looks like we're getting multiple Drunk Dorinda moments this season. Do they finally have a Come To Jesus moment with her and say she has a problem? This may finally be the year she breaks down and reveals her insecurities. Sad and unexpected to see Ramona break down and admit she just wants a man to hold her, but I liked that old-school scene of her and her friends, versus her and castmates. Very reminiscent of their first couple seasons. And I think we discussed this many pages ago, but it looks like Ramona's friend (not Joni, but this other brunette) is going to be in the group mix quite a lot this season! Sonja has gas and a horny dog. LOL. Oh, RHONY, you are exactly what we need right now.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
@Cat @Antoyne Agree completely. As much as I like her, and what she has done for Puerto Rico and now the Coronvirus and everything in between, she was too dominant a force on RHONY, where everything had to be filtered through her eyes as the "voice of reason" of the series. Sounds like the core four (Ramona, LuAnn, Dorinda, Sonja) feel lighter, refreshed, and able to showcase themselves more honestly this year.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-tell-bethenny-frankel-good-riddance?ref=scroll The ‘Real Housewives of New York’ to Bethenny Frankel: Good Riddance Okay, the title of the article is just a tad dramatic, but it's an interesting read about how the cast felt about Bethenny's overwhelming presence on the show, and how her abrupt departure, days before filming began, is addressed candidly (i.e. breaking the fourth wall of reality TV) in tonight's premiere episode.

*So* agree. They look like clowns or drag queens. Too, too much. Meanwhile, my MODELS INC lovin' ass is looking forward to Garcelle too Oh really?? Did not know that! All the more reason why I'd love tea spiller Camille to have a bigger role. She gives zero effs anymore and I love it.
