  1. Is that blank intentional? lol A non-motherf**kin factor?
  2. @Cat @Antoyne Agree completely. As much as I like her, and what she has done for Puerto Rico and now the Coronvirus and everything in between, she was too dominant a force on RHONY, where everything had to be filtered through her eyes as the "voice of reason" of the series. Sounds like the core four (Ramona, LuAnn, Dorinda, Sonja) feel lighter, refreshed, and able to showcase themselves more honestly this year.
  3. https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-tell-bethenny-frankel-good-riddance?ref=scroll The ‘Real Housewives of New York’ to Bethenny Frankel: Good Riddance Okay, the title of the article is just a tad dramatic, but it's an interesting read about how the cast felt about Bethenny's overwhelming presence on the show, and how her abrupt departure, days before filming began, is addressed candidly (i.e. breaking the fourth wall of reality TV) in tonight's premiere episode.
  4. *So* agree. They look like clowns or drag queens. Too, too much. Meanwhile, my MODELS INC lovin' ass is looking forward to Garcelle too Oh really?? Did not know that! All the more reason why I'd love tea spiller Camille to have a bigger role. She gives zero effs anymore and I love it.
  5. OMG I cannot wait! Looks juicy good as always!
  6. I agree. Both my parents are high risk, especially my dad. They're tough motherf#ckers but they've already dealt with so many blows over the last 10 years...
  7. They look great! Love Dorinda's hair. The Countess and Ramona are ageless
  8. Or at least through November 3rd...
  9. Perhaps? I know this past week was all reruns.
  10. Andy Cohen just announced on his Instagram that he tested positive for Coronavirus Suffice it to say (this was announced days ago), the Atlanta reunion has been postponed/(cancelled?)
  11. Marge was not coming for Danielle for three seasons. They started out as good friends. Wasn't she her maid of honor at temper tantrum diva Danielle's wedding? Danielle's swan song was a dud. Coming in demanding to sit next to Andy or else, then cowering in on stage when they didn't give in. It's quite cowardly of Teresa to disown Danielle because Danielle outed her secret. Teresa wasn't sorry for her actions; she was sorry she got caught and needed to blame it on someone else. So there goes Danielle's last ally of the cast. I know some here think Marge is full of herself or has secrets of her own she's hiding, but I'm not on board with that. She was pretty open and matter-of-fact about the Vineyard Vines lawsuit and how it has taken a toll on her financially. Last thought: Seeing the montage of 10 years of RHONJ, I really commend them for finally finding their groove again. I had almost written this show off completely around Season 7. The additions of Dolores, then Marge, and now Jennifer (lukewarm on Jackie) has ushered in a new era for this franchise... though I could still see them trying to recapture their glory years by bringing back Caroline.
  12. Oh gross, that is some crazy Exorcist II: The Heretic stuff going on there. (Obscure reference, I know. Bad movie, but Linda Blair probably needed the money)
  13. I'm with you. I still enjoy SNL and always stick with it, through its ups and downs.
  14. Idiots. I have acquaintances who attended and can only wonder if they'll be writing an "Oh woe is me" Facebook posting in the next week or two...
  15. Well of course Shannon and Kelly are going to patch things up. They're the most senior castmembers of the OC now. Vicki and Tamra are off the show; they know how things work. Why are they surprised? lol This is the same girl (Tamra) who made "peace" with Gretchen for that one season. At least we have NYC and Potomac in the can already so they can air it They can just be seated in separate chairs come reunion time.
  16. Side note: I love how you intersperse related soap references into the political talk
  17. What's the Cliffs Notes? New Jersey... Boy, Jennifer was interjecting Way. Too. Much. It was funny at some points --- calling out Melissa's fake storylines, eye-rolling when people like Dolores & Jackie were having a moment that Jennifer likely thought was fake sincerity --- but just annoying in so many other places. Even though she needs to take it down a couple notches, the animosity between her and Melissa and Marge will keep her around another year for sure. Nothing too much to say except I look forward to seeing the final crazy erratic paranoid production of Danielle Staub (or "Stub" as Melissa says, haha) when she has her last Housewives moment... which I'm guessing will be right by Andy's side if she has her way!
  18. Okay Ron, I'll do that because you said so.
  19. Or like, I dunno, get some clean water over to Flint? Or did another cathedral burn down? It's amazing how much money people have and could do SO much good with it... but don't...
  20. Speaking only for myself who still prefers Elizabeth over the other two in the race for #NaturalCauses2020, I'd sooner support Biden than Sanders. *Especially* with Kamala as Biden's VP.
  21. Don't got one buddy I was just referring to Kenya re: Marlo trying to find her seat.
  22. I read Kenya's treatment towards Marlo as walking on eggshells and being extremely worried about doing anything that Marc would see and therefore get upset about. It's one thing to throw shade while hubby is not within earshot, but it's another to have 3 people walking around trying to find a place to sit at while someone is speaking at the event. She seemed worried about Marlo and the kids blocking peoples' views and therefore triggering another Marc meltdown.
  23. Whoops, should've continued catching up on this thread before chiming in. Yep, Melissa has never gotten the comeuppance she deserved for how she wormed her way onto the show.
