The funniest thing about it is that everyone in Genoa City is independently wealthy or closely related to someone who is. They're all millionaires set for life so having a livelihood means jackshit.

That list is sad and hilarious @Paul Raven. I keep saying the only plot on this show is employment status. There are no secrets or romances or intrigues. It's just all about who works where week to week.

Is Cynthia Watros ill? The difference in her face from just 3 years ago is stark. She can barely open her eyes. I hope she's okay.

Because Carly has to have her hands in story even when she has nothing to do and at the moment she has absolutely nothing to do (the romance with Drew is a non-starter). So she's a busybody who carries secrets for months, she runs into rooms and yells at people about things she's minimally involved in. She's a lead, like Sonny, they have no idea what to do with because they've done every fücking thing under the sun.

It’s crazy that GH can dedicate an entire episode to someone who hadn’t been a regular character in 30 years (Sean Donnelly) but Y&R just casually kills off longstanding characters with a single sentence. It’s weird! I don’t even like Paul but it would be pretty upsetting if they killed him offscreen.

Adorable. Speaking of Sprina, I was on GH's instagram and a post with their picture had 9k likes compared to others posted with numbers between 2-5k likes. I'm just saying.

Everyone on GH worships Maurice. His State of Mind show is embarrassing in how they genuflect to him. He's such a lazy actor but that cast adores him.

Does no one in your life have a nickname? She's called Christine by colleagues and people she met as an adult. She's called Cricket by childhood friends and loved ones (and even that's been rare over the last 20 years).

More effort was put into cutting those clips together than an episode of Y&R. Michael Damian looks damn good, especially for 60.

Because this show is written to the character's intended characterizations, not what the viewers have watched. Taylor is "good" therefore her children love her unquestionably. Brooke is bad so they hate her, also without question.

GH is the best looking soap (only B&B's camera work is slightly better). Big numerous sets, different angles, multiple extras, characters dressed appropriately for the season. I've exhausted everything I've wanted to say about Y&R but glad to see this old creep gone.

I still can't believe he and Michael Easton have been on the show for a decade. As THREE characters (with Silas and Finn seemingly the exact same person? I don't get any of this). What have they got on Frank? I've been watching a lot of GH clips from the last decade, I missed a lot because I didn't care and damn Liz has had like 10 different love interests. They just put her with any available man. And I see how they were winging it with the characters of Finn, Franco and Nina. Especially Nina. The person Cynthia Watros is playing is NOT the same person Michelle Stafford was playing.

Two things I like about this clip 1) he has her saved in his phone as Cricket and 2) And in a nice subtle intentional (to me anyway) move by LLB, Christine instinctively covers her wedding ring when she sees him.

This show is set in a hospital??? Lol thanks, that seems a lot swirling around all at once. And fits in with modern soaps idea that "everyone must be blood related". However with all my complaints about GH it's the only soap left that feels like a soap opera. Days is a meth addicts fever dream and B&B and Y&R are just terminally boring.

I don't watch full episodes of this show but does it have two simultaneous stories of people terminal illnesses? I'm talking about Britt and Willow. And how many maternity/paternity secrets do we have going on right now?

They killed off Rory to drag out Spencer and Trina not touching each other for another 6 months. It's been a year and a half!

Those are dumb recast suggestions. Nik is kind of a mess of a character, it can't be too hard to find a dark haired actor in his mid-40s to stand around and brood handsomely.

I don't think Jack and Carly had one good story the last 5 years of the show. They just threw stupid obstacles at them. Rudimentary soap couple stuff. Carly does something dumb, Jack treats her like garbage, oh look another woman. And it was relentless, they were never not frontburner.

No great loss. He has no presence. Maura West, Nicholas Chavez and hell, even Avery Pohl deserve a better scene partner.

I liked Forbes March and his hair okay.

They don't touch on it. Alan certainly didn't inquire, he either didn't know or care. It was a bright shiny little reunion. Thinking about it now the show lost me when they killed off Nash and Jared. Stupid decisions that did nothing for Natalie or Jessica but give them dead husbands at 25.

Truly. And the dozens of other characters who have been pushed down or fallen down stairs in the last 25 years.
