GH: March 2026 Discussion Thread
Tabyana Ali just posted on IG about her 4th anniversary at GH. There's a bunch of pics and vids within her post, including the Times Square billboard of Sprina that fans paid for. (I don't think she's advocating for/against a Spencer return. I think she simply included the billboard as a thing that happened. She has pics and vids with various costars through the years.) https://www.instagram.com/p/DWUcJCigdM7/ tabyanaali March 25, 2026 4 years flew by faster than I ever expected. So much learning, growth, understanding, and exploring along the way what a journey it’s been. Grateful for every moment and for everyone who’s been part of it 🩷 AND THE GENERAL HOSPITAL FANS ARE LITERALLY THE BEST FANS! Thank you to my fan family! #happyanniversarytrina #peacearoundtheworldforgenerations

Marissa Reyes exit message with vids, says it was her choice to leave. https://www.instagram.com/p/DWPT__2EhK1/ marissarys (Marissa Reyes) March 23, 2026 In honor of my final episode of @dayspeacock airing this week, I thought that I’d share some memories from my wrap day! :’) It has been an absolute honor to be a part of such a legacy, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for what this opportunity has taught and given me. Although it was my choice—and mine alone—to make my exit from the show, I will always look back on this chapter with complete and honest gratitude and affection. It’s bittersweet to see the end of this chapter, but I am over the moon excited to welcome in the next. Here’s to what’s coming!! XX ⏳🤍

ALL: Ryan Gosling talks "Days of Our Lives" "Deidre Hall" and the soap genre
Ha! Deidre has guested on the primetime show "Hacks" (as the a fictional version of herself Deidre) who is the mother of a "Hacks" character (Link). Someone elsewhere online pointed out that although Days couldn't afford Gosling as Eric Brady, maybe Gosling could guest on Hacks as another son of Deidre there?

ALL: "Soapy" Podcast hosted by Rebecca Budig & Greg Rikaart
I just re-read Budig's husband's bio. He's literally the Chief Marketing Officer, "who leads brand strategy and multiplatform marketing for the TV Media division of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation. In this role, he oversees marketing across all CBS‑branded businesses"

True, Budig and Rikaart were real-life neighbors (don't know if they still are); and also real-life friends. I remember many years ago (maybe 10 or 15 years ago?) they would sometimes jokingly tease each other on social media.

Budig's husband Mike Benson is a Paramount producer. Edit: correction: the Paramount marketing executive. Unlikely they'd drop her. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7575642/bio/ https://www.paramountpressexpress.com/cbs-entertainment/executives/?view=mike-benson

"Wednesday, March 25: Ari provides Liam good news." soapoperanews.net (link) and Janet Di Lauro at soaphub (link) are both saying that Wed. March 25 is Marissa Reyes' final airdate as Arianna Horton. Michael Fairman (link) says Ari/Liam is Marissa's final storyline but that her final airdate is Thurs. March 26. (I don't know which is correct.) Edit update, Fairman has since corrected to March 25 As announced back in January (link), the role has been recast, and the new actress' first airdate will be in April, but it has not yet been confirmed who the new actress is.

BTG: March 2026 Discussion Thread
Just don't hire the people from DAYS who do that. Their stock images are lazy. There was once an image of NYC used for a Salem set-- you could put the image into "image search" and it's obvious. And DAYS has other examples like that.

Can't post embedded tweets
Yeah the current version of the forums doesn't allow source code options. Just simply paste the URL of the tweet, bluesky, or IG into your post via plaintext and then hit enter/submit. It should automatically embed. If it won't embed. then edit your post to remove it, and then enter several lines of blank space, and then try re-embedding under the lines of space. Once that works, you can go back and edit out the extra lines of spacing.

Monday March 16, Kate Mansi directs GH. There is a special scene of Molly discussing her endometriosis with Cody. I understand why that might seem boring, but . . . Kate Mansi herself in real life has endometriosis: and it's very painful; and even with surgery it's not completely cured. Mansi talks about her personal experience in this People article. She says the script for the March 16 episode is well-written. https://people.com/kate-mansi-says-life-saving-surgery-led-to-endometriosis-diagnosis-exclusive-11924271 There's a preview video of March 16 episode scene, embedded inside the People article. Here's a copy of that video:- GH: March 2026 Discussion Thread
