(character name was not given in that article) Update that the character's name is Dr. Jeffrey Russell. In the promo for week of April 28 - May 2, this character is speaking with Kayla in her office. She says that he working on a drug which could save Bo's life. He replies "I wish I could help your brother but my hands are tied". Then the scene shifts to Shawn telling Steve about the drug.
