LOL, true. Ron could have had Dr. Russell be Peter Blake with plastic surgery, wearing a latex mask to look like Charles/Dougie LeClair. Or no surgery, but three levels of masking. Or some such convoluted mess, with a brain chip thrown in, and Rolf masterminding it all

Sarah was deSORASed. Or perhaps another way to say it would be: during her many years offscreen she wasn't SORASed in parallel with others the same age. Originally Sarah was the same age as Will's aunt Carrie. Now she's Will's age. I think they simply cast the actress they wanted, as the character had been offscreen for many years so it might not matter to some viewers, and the actress happened to be younger than I would have expected Sarah to be. (But this is Salem and I'm trying to explain the inexplicable, so nothing I just said is actually relevant, LOL).

I edited the title of this thread to add the year "2025", so as not to cause confusion about the 1992 promo. LOL

Vanessa doesn't have anything to be triumphant about *now*. What I meant was, in my wishful thinking, I'd like to see her come out of this *down the road* -- after (hopefully) realizing that Joey is scum and deciding to do something to get him exposed for his crimes. Maybe go undercover for the police? (not literally, but maybe assist with a sting operation.) And/or, if Vanessa's marriage falls apart further, perhaps she either finds a way to reconnect with Doug in a more real way, or ... of she loses Doug, then she becomes a woman who is secure within herself. I think right now they're writing Vanessa to be using sex for fun, as sex-positive, but also as a a drug to forget her sadness. (Just as some people use alcohol in a normal way for light fun but sometimes also use alcohol to mask a deeper sadness-- it can be either/both). So I'd like her to find herself underneath all of that and reclaim herself.
